Amy Adams Suits Up In Five New Stills From Denis Villeneuve's ARRIVAL

Five more promotional stills from Denis Villeneueve's sci-fi thriller Arrival have been released featuring Amy Adams & Jeremy Renner suiting up for an encounter with the unknown. Come take a look!

Despite Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice not quite living up to its gargantuan pre-release expectations, Amy Adams is still primed to end her 2016 on a major high with the release of two critical darlings, Arrival & Nocturnal Animals.

In Denis Villeneuve's Arrival, the 5x Academy Award-nominee will be seen portraying an expert linguist, named Louise Banks, who teams up with the military to investigate the arrival of a mysterious spacecraft. With tensions high and war possibly imminent, it's a race against the clock for Banks as she tries to discover the purpose of Earth's alien visitors. Adams will be joined by 2x Academy Award-nominee Jeremy Renner (Captain America: Civil War) & Academy Award-winner Forest Whitaker (Black Panther). ARRIVAL is a provocative science fiction thriller from acclaimed director Denis Villeneuve (SICARIO, PRISONERS). When mysterious spacecraft touch down across the globe, an elite team — lead by expert linguist Louise Banks (Amy Adams) — are brought together to investigate. As mankind teeters on the verge of global war, Banks and the team race against time for answers — and to find them, she will take a chance that could threaten her life, and quite possibly humanity.
