Robert Rodriguez is to direct a live action Jetsons movie
Latino Review reports that "Sin City" director Robert Rodriguez will soon be embarking on a journey into space to bring us the adventures of the infamous Hanna-Barbera animated family. Rodriguez is quite familiar (and successful) at crafting family films - just see the money his "Spy Kids" trilogy has earned - and might be a step in the right direction since "Grindhouse" is considered a financial failure to many. Let's just hope that this live-action adaptation is better than the others we've been poisoned with lately (lest we forget "George of the Jungle" or "Dudley Do-Right").
