Is the Better Call Saul Twitter account trolling Marvel fans or exposing Michael Mando's role in Spider-Man: Homecoming?

Just hours after it was revealed that Michael Mando had joined the cast of Spider-Man: Homecoming, his TV show, Better Call Saul decided to ride his current media wave by sending out this cryptic Tweet, strongly implying that Mando is playing Carnage. Of course, this could just be some high-level trolling in order to drum up some free publicity for the show so don't consider this confirmation, by any means. Take a look at the Tweet below and judge for yourself. It certainly set the Marvel Studios reddit community on fire.
