Not only is Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse arguably the best big-screen outing for the iconic Webhead(s) yet, but it features an awesome post-credits sequence which serves as both a setup for a potential sequel and a hilarious nod to a classic Spidey meme.

SPIDER-MAN: INTO THE SPIDER-VERSE Review - Is It Really The Best Spidey Movie Yet?

Once the credits have rolled, we meet Miguel O’Hara, aka Spider-Man 2099 (Oscar Isaac), and his holo-assistant Lyla (Greta Lee). It seems O'Hara has been keeping an eye on the events of the movie and is very happy to hear that the multiverse has now stabilized, with Peter Parker and the others returning to their own realities.

Miguel then decides to "start at the beginning" and activates a time-travel device in order to pay a visit to the original 1967 Spider-Man animated series, where he recreates the famous "pointing scene" that has now become a well-known internet meme. Both Spideys then argue about who pointed first in a very funny little homage.

The scene has actually been leaked online, so you can click here to check it out - although we recommend waiting to see it in a crowded theater!
