The latest box office updates for Marvel Studios' latest are in, and the Brie Larson-starrer has officially crossed the half a billion mark overseas with $509.1 million. This means the movie now sits at almost $780 million globally, and should reach $800M later on tonight.

Currently, Captain Marvel is ranked #21 on the list of highest grossing comic book movies, and will skip on 3 places when it hits $800M.

@Battabing - Interesting, it’s maybe the most bold and diverse casting since Anna Diop as Starfire. But why does he “self-identifies as dead”? That’s something that either sadly happens to you by aging and losing your hearing abilities or you are born with it. (Kinda like what happened to Adonis and Bianca’s baby in Creed II) T

@Battabing - Well that sounds like every deaf person that needs help to hear. My grandma uses them too. IDK it seems a bit redundant to identify with that out of all things, but still thanks for the explanation.
