Season two of The Punisher is just days away and Netflix has really waited until the last minute to start promoting the series. Of course, that's no great surprise considering the fact the show is likely to be cancelled at some point in the next couple of months as the online streaming giant continues cutting ties with Marvel due to the launch of Disney+.

Now, a new trailer has been released which makes it clear that Jon Bernthal's version of Frank Castle is going to completely unleash on New York's criminal underworld with all his might. 

Reviews for The Punisher season two have been mostly positive and the actor is always fantastic as the vigilante. There aren't any big reveals in this new footage, but it should help get you excited, especially as there's a lot of blood and violence; in fact, it looks pretty much exactly like the comic books!

@HeavyMetal4Life - the contrast of personalities and view points was so epic , cause you could see matt question himself a bit. those 2 played so well off each other ...... tbh and it's tough to say if DD2 end on ep 6 or 7 , i'd consider that one the best season.

@knocturnalzen10 - lost you a little in that last sentence, but yeah, they played so well off each other. The contrast in ideology was handled so well, and Matt kind of branching into and understanding the gray zone where Frank operates, all so good.

DD season 2 was the best season of Marvel Netflix for me until DD season 3 came out. Just a combination of Kingpin, Dex, and the journey Matt went through (among other things) pushed that season above number 2.
