As interesting as this possibility (Diesel being cast as Black Bolt) may be, I feel as though this is another Groot situation. That being said, I believe this campaign will be successful, as well.

and it would make perfect "movie sense" for Groot to be an Inhuman.

He has the perfect body for the role and the suit, so I don't see what the problem would be with casting him.

Marvel need to do for Black Bolt, what Nolan did for Bane. That means casting an actor who can act masterfully with only his face/eyes and body language/presence. That's why Tom Hardy was such a perfect fit for Nolan's Bane, and that's why Marvel needs someone with better acting skills than Vin Diesel to portray Black Bolt.

No, I definitely CAN'T see him as Black Bolt. Black Bolt is supposed to be... royal, you know. Vin Diesel would be good for, say, Gorgon.
