Following last week's sneak peek and yesterday's teaser, Paramount Pictures has released the first official trailer for Tom Cruise's Jack Reacher: Never Go Back and it's more badass than you could've ever imagined. The film, which was helmed by The Last Samurai director Ed Zwick, will see Cruise's titular hero return to Virginia to clear the name of an old friend, played by Cobie Smulders, and in the process learn something major about his own past. Check out the trailer below:
Jack Reacher: Never Go Back follows the title character as he returns to Virginia to meet the head of his former unit. But she's missing, he's being charged with a crime committed nearly 20 years ago, and he may even have a daughter. Making things right will lead him on a cross-country chase to uncover the truth - and maybe even a family.
