@LiteraryJoe - I feel that Sonny Burch and Crossbones in Civil War have the same employer. Trying to steal an infectious disease, and also trying to steal Quantum realm tech wouldn’t be too far apart.

@SonOfAGif - it was kind of a shit movie. Im not sure on all the hype. A lot of stuff just didnt make sense and the whole premise of the plot was torn apart 30 seconds after they came out of the quantum realm.

Time vortex is the key I think in tying up those scenes from Avengers 4's set where Scott was interacting with the Avengers after what seemed to be them helping in cleaning up the streets after defeating Loki in the Battle of NY. At best he is there to tell them that he is trapped in a building inside a van that carries a quantum tunnel. He likely will bring up that he fought with Captain America or maybe not but anyway, I think that is how he will get himself out.

Once he does that then the info from the past will catch up to the remaining Avengers in the present and they'll locate him at least.

The movie was pretty decent. I'll place it slightly above Guardians 2 in terms of sequel worthiness. They say that whenever you make a sequel to a predecessor that did well, you always give people the same of what they saw the first time. I think that the ant-man films have a strong theme when it comes to family. The soundtrack was great. I just think that the film felt a little rushed at times in terms of pacing. The comedy was pretty good and very rarely felt forced when it comes to Rudd. Some cliche dialogue (Hope to Ghost as she's tied to a chair) "if you lay one finger on him." in just like yes please tell us what you're going to do. lol I'll wait. I'll give it close to a 7.8/10 might have to see it again though to really give it a solid rating.
