BATMAN V SUPERMAN Production Heading To Morocco

Could this be the filming location for Themyscira? Or even Atlantis?

Morocco has been a rumored filming location for Batman V Superman since August 2013, and a Warner Bros press release did confirm an African filming location since last May. Now Nassim Abassi, a Moroccan film producer has just confirmed that Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice will be shooting in Morocco starting September 1st.

Morocco is known for its its beaches and ancient architecture that could easily lend itself to creating a good looking Atlantis or Themyscira for the big screen.

He also said they'd be filming there until December, which I call into question. They're also suppose to shoot in the Pacific, Chicago, and more in Detroit (the shoot only lasts until December).

My point is I find it very unlikely the whole production will remain in Morocco for three months like the guy claims.

I for some reason have a feeling that Shazam is the movie that is filming in Morocco (Kandahq is the reason why I think this.) instead of Batman V. Superman I doubt it, but theirs a small possibility.

Love that they're filming on location instead of green-screening an entire world (if this is to be Atlantis or Thymiscera...probably the latter). Can't wait till SDCC 2015, imagine what we'll see then!
