These are amazing!

jimoakley666 - 1/23/2012, 11:42 AM
I don't understand it. The covers have NOTHING to do with the issue they are appearing on making them redundant. Why not have them as a piece of interior poster art? Bloody stupid practice.
Shaman - 1/23/2012, 11:44 AM
Ror- So do i. I especially love the painting ones. Very unique!
Supernature - 1/23/2012, 11:45 AM
That's pretty amazing.
RorMachine - 1/23/2012, 11:45 AM
They did the same with the Wolverine art appreciation covers a while ago. I think it's a great idea, I collected most of them, prob do the same with these.
Name - 1/23/2012, 11:46 AM
the kiddie one on the quinjet is tight.
TwistedRenegade - 1/23/2012, 11:48 AM
@jimoakley666

They are variant covers. There will be a regular cover as always but also another cover that people may want to pick up as a collector.

Makes since on Marvel's point as it generates more money, and if they did them on just the Avengers books, it would go well past the launch date of the movie.
Jefferys - 1/23/2012, 11:48 AM
Wow, they were all breath-taking. My jaw is still dropped because of those awesome variant covers!
Hawksblueyes - 1/23/2012, 11:49 AM

aRandomSinisterClone - 1/23/2012, 12:57 PM
@marvel72 why so serious? Your always such a party pooper. Say sum thing positive n stop being such a negative Nancy with sand in your vagina. Also, the Winnie the pooh is great, and love the communist propaganda pic.
Spidey91 - 1/23/2012, 1:22 PM

HelaGood - 1/23/2012, 1:52 PM

THORION76 - 1/23/2012, 2:20 PM

golden123 - 1/23/2012, 2:53 PM
They are all pretty good. I especially liked the Winnie the Pooh one, the Georges Seurat one, and the Toulouse-Lautrec one.
AsianAvenger - 1/23/2012, 2:54 PM
The second one is the best
mgeoff88 - 1/23/2012, 3:13 PM
This is awesome artwork. I really like AOA#2, ASM#683, A#25, AA#2, SA#26, UXF#24, W#304, and XM#27. Those are great.

SO COOL !!!

This one reminds me of a family holiday
SuspenseSmith - 1/23/2012, 8:59 PM
Gorgeous stuff.
Phlegmbot - 1/23/2012, 9:13 PM
Wow. These're incredible.

Totino wins the award for most pompous art cover, yet I still love it. Pointillism is good for comics.

I think Kaulta's Slumberland image is my fave.
namrepus27 - 1/23/2012, 9:35 PM
Thor's Helmet!!! Everywhere but one.
EarOne - 1/23/2012, 10:47 PM
i like the second, third and the uncanny x-force by Totino. they're the best ones.
EarOne - 1/23/2012, 10:48 PM
oh, and...as much as i enjoy all the artworks..i have to say i'm disappointed that NONE features NICK FURY (the Sam Jackson version).
sarahsatire - 1/24/2012, 6:35 AM
Amazing! I love what they did here. Not to mention the seventh one is ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE!
ThaMessenger07 - 1/24/2012, 6:42 AM
I love em....these are awesome....
Mareado - 1/24/2012, 7:47 AM
The Uncanny X-Men #11 cover with Thor as the statue of David is simply amazing.
JohnPaul - 1/24/2012, 7:47 AM
These are so impressive. Words fail me. WOW. Just WOW.
JohnPaul - 1/24/2012, 7:48 AM

Judecheung - 1/24/2012, 9:13 AM

JohnnyKrypton - 1/24/2012, 12:55 PM
Love to see a Jackson Pollock version, lol
ZombieOverEasy - 1/24/2012, 1:23 PM
Would love to have a poster of the Amazing Spiderman cover. It's probably my favorite out of the whole lot.
meatbag - 1/24/2012, 1:50 PM
2, 9, and 15 are my favorites, but they're all pretty good. I'd love to see other variants in the same vein for other titles.
