Fan casting for an Aliens remake!

I am afraid to watch the Alien movies, to watch those Xenomorphs come out of the blue and start killing people scares me.

But yet I think they are really good movies, the best out of all of them was Aliens... Not Alien...Aliens.

Friday the 13th, Nightmare on Elm Street, and Halloween all have been remade, I doubt somebody in Hollywood, won't think of remaking Alien.

I would like to see Christopher Nolan direct it, and I know a lot of you hate that idea, but just to let you know I'm not saying he should, but I'm saying I would like to see it. I want to see how he would do it with his style of directing. Nolan has done one Sci-Fi movie that I know of and that was Inception, it turned out great like his other movies, and I would like to see what he would do with a pure Sci-Fi movie like Alien.

Rachel McAdams as Ellen Ripley

I know most of you will have a problem with this pick. But I think she is a great actor and very underrated. She can act out any role in my opinion,including the role of Ellen Ripley.




Edward Norton as Carter Burke




Michelle Rodriguez as Vasquez




Ashton Kutcher as Hudson

I know you guys probably don't like Kutcher as an actor, but I think he can play this specific role.




Morena Baccarin as Ferro




Colin McFarlene as Apone




Bradley Cooper as Hicks




Henry Cavill as Bishop

Dude, this belongs in Fan Fic, not news.

Decent cast, but its extremely hard to beat the originals. Just replace Kutcher with Ryan Reynolds (Kutcher should not be in any CBM …… ever).

Yeah I changed it myself. I thought I had changed it to Fan fic when I began writing this, but I guess not.

Technically, he's not in a comic book movie because the comic books didn't come out until after the movie did.

I thought Rodriguez was Vasquez!!!! Hard to pick over Lance Henriksen as Bishop but I like this alot.

As hard as it for me to see Cooper in a serious role, I actually think that he would be a decent Hicks.

I personally feel that Ryan Reynolds, Chris Pine, or Sam Worthington would be good candidates for Hicks, but still, good job.

@axelbratoski She is already playing a character in Prometheus, which is in the same universe as Alien, so I don't know how that would work out exactly.

I know I am late lol...but, I do like this cast!
There could be a better pick for Hudson, but hey...it could work.
Nice Vasquez and Ferro....those are perfect! And Rachel was good in the action role for Red Eye, so I am sure she could do it.

I don't agree with Noomi Rapace as Ripley though. She does not look anything like her, and is way to dark. Just my opinion :)

Well there was no guarantee that I was going to pick Rapace. I've might of picked somebody who is older like Uma Thurman. Ripley didn't look young to me and Uma could play the role as well.


I wouldn't say late, but your not exactly early either.

@ndwrestler2...lol...I know, I was not directing the rapace thing towards you. And, no she did not look young. But, Rachel is perfect in my opinion.
