My Batman Reboot Re-Cast

My first ever fan cast was a fan cast for the Batman reboot. For some of you who don't know, after the Dark knight Rises, Warner Bros are planning to reboot the Batman series. This Fancast is for trilogy, not one movie.

I have changed some things with this cast and there are some that I have left in. If I was going to pick a director it would be Steven Soderbergh.

The People that I have picked, are picked because I think they can play their roles.




Ryan Gosling as Batman




Christina Hendricks as Vicki Vale




Scarlett Johansson as Selina Kyle




Johnny Depp as The Joker



James McCavoy as Edward Nigma




Bryan Cranston as James Gordon




Collin Farrell as Deadshot




Laurence Fishburne as Lucious Fox




Daniel Day Lewis as Ra's Al Ghul




Phillip Seymour Hoffman as the Penguin




Michael Caine as Alfred Pennysworth




Josh Hartnett as Harvey Dent

I hope you guys like it, even though I know you all will probably hate it.

Scarlett Johansson as who? You only said Scarlett Johansson, you did not put a name of the character you want her as....
I hope I don't come off as a dick, but I don't agree with any of these...I am sorry. I just don't...Keep trying though

Oh, Michael Caine is good as Alfred, but isn't this a re-cast? I think you should have re-casted alfred as well.

This is a recast of my cast of a Batman reeboot. I had already done a Batman reeboot, but I decided to make changes, except for two of my picks.

-Gosling's a good actor, just not right for Batman. more of a Barry Allen type.
_Hendrick's would be alright as long as it's a small role.
-Scar-Jo would be a good Seline Kyle IMHO.
-never pictured Depp as Joker. just can't see it.
-Caine can't be Alfred in a recast. good try.
-Hartnett is a decent actor but not right for Harvey Dent.
-the rest, though very unoriginal, are good.

I'd give it a B-

I only did that so I wouldn't have to explain each pick. I think Gosling could pull off the pretty rich boy Bruce Wayne, and the Dark and mysterious vigilante Batman then most actors could.

B-? I don't mind grade.

Ryan Gosling is a great actor but he and Daniel Day Lewis should stay away from CBM's. They are to good for such action fantasy movies. It's true. They are dramatic actors. I personally would not like either in any CBM. Drive was a good movie that started slow and took off, but it wasn't an actual "action" movie.
Depp. No, he's great as well but not for this.
And all the double booked guys (played in other CBM's) no for me because there are other actors out there good enough to play the parts. Don't like double duty actors. NOW, PSH perfect penguin, if penguin is redone as smooth ruthless criminal business man. He is almost too good for it but he would shine IMO.

i haven't seen Josh Hartnett in ages where did you dig him up from. lol Hartnett is not a good actor.

I should of said Re-do and Re-cast because people are not getting exactly what I am doing here.

I am re-doing my first fan cast which was a fan cast for the Batman reboot.

Why does everyone pick Ryan Gosling for BAtman? He is a horrible choice for Batman. Gosling is way to boyish. My candidate for Batman after Bale is Eric Bana he has the perfect voice and look for a great Batman. The rest of you cast is decent I guess. I have seen a lot worse.

Everyboy? Really? You mean I am not the only person on this earth, who believe that Gosling can play Batman? I actually do not believe that.

Gosling can pull off both personalities in my opinion. Bruce Wayne is this young immature rich pretty boy, while Batman is the Dark, Quiet, Mysterious genius.

If anybody can play Batman, it is Gosling!

Gosling is good and all, but just not right for the Bat. Someone said Green Arrow for him? That would be a good superhero role for Gosling! Scar-Jo could be good for Catwoman, though I'm meh on it. McCavoy is an awesome choice for Riddler! Depp is amazing but not right for Joker. Colin Farrell and Daniel Day Lewis are alright choices, and I love Hartnett, so I'm maybe on that choice.

@ndwwrestler2 - I have seen at least 5 casts with Gosling as Batman and he is a horrible choice. Eric Bana should be the next Batman.
