Our friends over at AICN recently posted a story about how Rambo 5 is shaping up to be another Universal Soldier, that laughable 1992 action movie starring Dolph Lundgren and Jean-Claude Van Damme. Apparently, they got it all wrong because Sylvester Stallone himself called AICN to set the record straight about Rambo 5 and it's pretty incredible:
It's your worst nightmare. You're battling your primitive self, which has a lot more cunning and power than than you could have ever imagined."
Whether this is an important evolutionary step (pun intended) in the
Rambo franchise or the evidence that its about to jump the shark is open to debate.
