It's definitely kid's programing but that is really necessary and they do have some great variety in what they are airing.
RunDTC - 11/11/2011, 8:38 PM
@Armageddon26: I've yet to see an episode I liked.

Young Justice is the greatest thing to happen to Cartoon Network. The show is so great. This stuff looks okay I'm excited for the teen titans stuff annnnddddd does it look like they are bringing back that blue beetle short? Interesting
rbfn04 - 11/11/2011, 9:15 PM
DC Natikon looks fun. Sure most of it is aimed at the kids, so watch some people who had a lot of toon aimed at older folks get mad
OtakuPapi - 11/11/2011, 9:22 PM
Young Justice is Epic How Do You Not Love Young Justice Seriously
THEDARKKNIGHT1939 - 11/11/2011, 9:37 PM

Mechagino - 11/11/2011, 9:56 PM
@ImaNerd: When ever the mouse decides too. :P

TheDetectiveComicRises - 11/11/2011, 10:15 PM
THEDARKKNlGHT1939 U make good points! This some good stuff, I saw all the movie Batmobiles in the preview it looks Kool.

They will have information and latest news based on comic, cartoons & live action films.
spideyboy - 11/11/2011, 10:29 PM
Its good to see the Teen Titans back on tv... even if they're in little cute chibi anime form. But the Blue Beetle show is what interests me the most... I could care less about the Plastic Man cartoon. Seems DC is stepping their game up.
novaprime - 11/11/2011, 10:34 PM
Great happy for D.c
UnscrupalousSmurf - 11/11/2011, 10:37 PM
This is good stuff, although some of the posters here are forgetting that Cartoon Network is aiming this at my 8 and 13 year old kids. Not at 20, 30, and 40 something adults who can't seem to understand that.
breakUbatman - 11/11/2011, 10:59 PM
I think its a good move by DC, get more people familiar with their characters then push the comics on them. Well I hope thats the plan
Action - 11/11/2011, 11:12 PM
@UnscrupalousSmurf- You are soo right, people can't understand that DC is trying to reach out to a younger audience. Also I'm so happy for DC that they are trying something new instead of just having a traditional 2d cartoons. DC=WINNING!!
batmanrises - 11/11/2011, 11:19 PM
@THEDARKKNlGHT1939 - Dude I had the same thought!

Genius move by DC...Getting that brand recognition out there like they should be doing. Clearly they are taking over! Especially when you factor in the insecure vaginal little haters in this article ;)

U mad bro? U mad.
batmanrises - 11/11/2011, 11:26 PM
Say what you will about DC, but they are getting asses into comic shops and are making a strong push to earn those tv ad dollars. They made a rare misstep with Green Lantern not living up to it's potential, but we have The Dark Knight Rises and Man of Steel to look forward to. Then DC can start mining the rest of their catalogue. Whether you're a Marvel or DC fan or both, you can bet this is good for the comic book industry PERIOD.
TheShakeBake - 11/11/2011, 11:27 PM
ehhh... MAKE MINE MARVEL
Action - 11/11/2011, 11:29 PM
I'm glad they are introducing some female characters to dc nation. I hope DC decides to do a wonder woman cartoon in the near future.

Also i'm glad that classic plastic man pilot will be re-aired. I love plastic man.
Action - 11/11/2011, 11:33 PM
@batmanrises- Don't worry about the green lantern movie,it was not that bad as everyone says it was. At least it was not bad as xmen origins:wolverine. I know every Marvel fan would like to act like that movie never happened.
batmitedimension - 11/11/2011, 11:44 PM
Awesome! Can't wait!
BatmanIsBaddest - 11/11/2011, 11:59 PM

Checkmate - 11/12/2011, 12:03 AM
So hot! Definitely excited for this, especially after seeing that glimpse of a Doom Patrol short!
greenlanter13 - 11/12/2011, 1:01 AM
Looks good
UnscrupalousSmurf - 11/12/2011, 1:15 AM
@Action .......Yeah the younger audience needed to be introduced to the rich characters that DC has in it's vault but with a more light hearted edge to it. My two sons just love what Cartoon Network has been doing and that makes me that much more invested in the quality of their products. I love Batman but I was getting a bit tired of them pushing the whole dark and brooding portrayal of the character. I enjoyed it but was unable to share it with my sons. Then DC brought in Batman Brave and the Bold and answered my prayers. Most fans chastised it at first but I was excited because DC understood that there is a younger audience out their. AN adudience that didn't need to have the whole "my parents got murdered and I'm mad" issue shoved in their faces constantly. They went back to the old school and made Batman fun again which is fine by me.
batmanrises - 11/12/2011, 1:46 AM
@ Action...X-Men Borigins: WINO*: Rise of Barakapool IS the worst comic book movie ever. Worse than Catwoman, worse than 1990 Cap, Worse than the worst you could name. It makes Green Lantern look like The Dark Knight**. ;)

*Wolverine In Name Only

** The BEST Comic book movie ever made. Fact.
Cyclops84 - 11/12/2011, 2:55 AM
When people claim something is better than something else, that really just means that it's SLIGHTLY better.

For instance, when Batmanrises said that this is better than X:men Origins, it really wasn't a bash at the movie. He was bashing the show without even realizing it because if it was leaps and bounds better than he would've compared it to a better movie.

This his post just basically says "Well this is pure shit, but hey at least it's better than X-men Origins."
TheSoulEater - 11/12/2011, 2:57 AM
YOUNG JUSTICE

that is all.
SugarYumYum - 11/12/2011, 3:05 AM
Teen Titans never should have went off the air smh.

Young Justice is action packed and story driven while Brave and the Bold is pure campy fun so it'll be interesting to see what the new block brings to the table. I'm with THEDARKKNlGHT1939 that I hope this brings about the return of Justice League, Batman: TAS, and Superman to Cartoon Network or better yet, Boomerang.

@UnscrupalousSmurf: Thank you for actually making sense. Some tend to forget that it's Adult Swim that's on Cartoon Network and not the other way around... CLEARLY this would be aimed at the kids that make the majority of their audience.

Oh yeah, and Young Justice kicks ass.
PaulRom - 11/12/2011, 3:30 AM
Some of it looks awesome, some of it looks crappy.
AutobotCommander84 - 11/12/2011, 5:16 AM
Disney is [frick]ing retarded with their "all-girls" Disney channel. I mean look, I don't even have premium cable so why am I and some lower-middle class families who can't afford premium cable being punished? They should return Disney cannel to what it once was and make a "Marvel-only" programming block like good ol' Cartoon Network is doing. I mean look, Nickelodeon is still airing some hitty shows (sans SpongeBob which is always awesome) but they're going to hopefully bring back some good ones with the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon next year.
One2ephu - 11/12/2011, 6:08 AM
Here's a video that details the dc nation. Definately geared towards kids thats for sure.

One2ephu - 11/12/2011, 6:09 AM
Oops
Shadowmaster35 - 11/12/2011, 6:18 AM
hmm...I was really hoping that it was like most of the previous DC stuff like The Legion, Justice League, All the Batman shows you know that good stuff. Or atleast a more serious toned teen titans and some of the DC movies and shorts out there now. Not some goofy made up in two minutes crap. Whatever I guess. I'm still gonna watch most of it cuz I do love me some Comics stuff!
ironknight - 11/12/2011, 6:35 AM
@Arminies

I love DC AND Marvel, just saying some of these shorts look stupid. Like the claymation thing where everyone sounded like British children for some reason.
One2ephu - 11/12/2011, 6:52 AM
Young Justice is pretty much the only show I watch out of that DC nation list. To be honest I'm still surprised how good a show it is and I'm not a "side kick" fan. Maybe I'll get into GL, who knows.
BackwardGalaxy - 11/12/2011, 7:15 AM
Young Justice is not a good show, but I don't know how more DC content and exposure is going to be a bad thing. By law of averages, some of it will be good and some of it will be bad. I'm looking forward to the good.
soberchimera - 11/12/2011, 7:32 AM
I like how they didn't mention Batman: The Brave and the Bold. No one wants to take credit for that shit.
NextHero08 - 11/12/2011, 7:55 AM
DC NATION, [frick] THE HATERS!!!!!!
freakybatman - 11/12/2011, 11:07 AM
I saw it during Green Lantern last night, exciting stuff
