Blake Lively presented the award for the Most Anticipated Movie during Spike TV’s ‘Scream 2010’ to none other than her co-star Ryan Renyolds. Check out the Spike ‘Scream 2010’ Oct 19th at 9pm.

Green Lantern beat a whole host of movies for the award. Including upcoming CBMs Thor, Captain America and X-Men: First Class. As well as the final Harry Potter film and (much to the chagrin of Twihards) Twilight: Breaking Dawn.
