Three new promo images have been revealed for LEGO's upcoming line based on the Lord Of The Rings trilogy, which also tie into The Hobbit films. Two of them feature the characters that'll be released and one is a poster featuring Gollum.

Thanks to Collider, we have some new images from LEGO's upcoming Lord Of The Rings line, set to hit stores this Summer. The first picture is a promo poster giving a good look at the Brick version of Gollum, while the other two feature all the primary characters that will be included in the sets. LEGO is releasing Uruk-hai, Ringwraith, Moria Orc, and Mordor Orc characters, in addition to all the characters from the Fellowship. Check them out below...

Is the anything Lego's won't touch. Not that I didn't play with them but when I was a kid we had space, castle, and city life legos. That was it.
Would always get the little weenie sets cause our family was poor.

Wow! That's really cool. Can't wait to get the game on PSP, since I already have the Batman and Indiana Jones LEGO games. This'll be a great addition to the LEGO games collection. I hope that LEGO will soon develop a Marvel LEGO game. Hopefully, it'll be released sometime this year.

So my kids are going to be over Legoed this year with the new DC Lego lineup, Avengers Legos sometime this summer, and now Lord of the Rings Legos...I wish I was a kid again.

So are we getting another Lego videogame out of this deal as well based on LOTR? What trilogy is next? X-Men? Lethal Weapon? (Actually, Lethal Weapon would be pretty cool.)
