The Bane bobble head looks just as pock-marked as Tom Hardy's zit-covered back.

They look pretty decent. By the way word around the Internet is WB execs were extremely pleased with TDKR screening. At one screening it received standing ovation. I hope that's true!

The Bane one is impressive. They captured Tom Hardy's costume, musculature, and height to a tee. Frickin midget Bane...

Yeah, they sure are merchandising this thing like crazy, but when is Warner Bros. going to actually start getting the marketing for this thing? Remember the HUGE viral for TDK? The unbelievable hype? We could use a new trailer or something right about now.
TonyChu

@ Moriarty117 The film is still four months away. I can honestly see them doing some stuff next month and especially since they have to compete with The Avengers and TASM, trust me there will be major marketing for this film. TDKR is the last installment of the franchise don't think that for one minute that WB are not going to promote this film properly. Plus Wrath of the Titans comes out next week so we may get something from that movie, who knows.

I heard the rumor of mid-April for the new trailer also, ironman53. I kinda wish they would throw out the trailer this weekend with Wrath of the Titans like TonyChu suggested. And they are definitely going to try to get people to forget about Avengers and TASM. I'm not worried that they won't market it, my fanboy patience just demands they start sooner.

Even a teesny viral blip would be awesome. Here's to counting down the days!

Thanks for the info, Nolanite. Dodging the Avengers madness is probably a smart move for Warner. But we all know who will be the Box Office King of Summer, right?

And I imagine there will be some viral lead-up to the release of the second trailer, so here's hoping.

Hunger Games was pretty fun, huh Nolanite? Cheers!

They turned out pretty good. Marketing for this movie won't come close to matching that of the Avengers movie. They will try to market it, but...You have one good guy, one bad guy and one good/bad girl. And all three are dressed in black or khaki's and a coat. Try selling that?

Yes, you can put Batman on stuff cause he's recognizable, but Bane is only familiar to fanboys and Catwoman is barely recognizable. If she looked a little more like Julie Newmar, it would be a little easier to market. Also, haven't these already been shown?

I think WBros will wait until the Avengers movie hype falls off a bit. Even then, Batman looks only slightly different from his first appearance. Nothing really new with his costume. Not even a bat with yellow around it...boring. I mean, couldn't they have at least added some nipples to spruce it up a bit?
