CMPUNK - 3/9/2013, 12:56 PM
Jae Lee's artwork worked for Marvel's Wolverine and stuff but for DC and that cover man, no it doesn't do it or me.
MARVELPSYCHO79 - 3/9/2013, 12:59 PM
Jae Lee.His art doesn't look half bad for Batman/Superman.
MARVELPSYCHO79 - 3/9/2013, 1:00 PM
And I have to get that Superman Unchained book.
cabbie655 - 3/9/2013, 1:10 PM
I will get both books. The art looks great.

McGee - 3/9/2013, 1:22 PM
Although part of me thinks it is slightly unwise to call the new Snyder title "Superman: Unchained" so soon after Django, it isn't like DC Comics just decided to cash in on that film. The truth is, Superman breaking through chains has always been a reoccurring motif with the Man of Steel since he first debuted in comics. It illustrates his iconic nature as a strong champion of the oppressed.

I can't wait to see what the power house team of Snyder and Lee do. Batman and Justice League have been two of my favorite New 52 titles.
ruben - 3/9/2013, 1:36 PM
I just got the justice league new 52 soft cover and it was amazing, I love Jim lee art!
indigobolt956 - 3/9/2013, 2:01 PM
me too ruben
Superguy15 - 3/9/2013, 2:26 PM
Both of these series look awesome! DC is starting the summer off with some good titles!
Facade - 3/9/2013, 2:29 PM
People complained that Superman's trunks made him look like he wore his underwear on the outside, well, now it looks like he's wearing long underwear or PJ's outside. Did Underoo's come in adult sized onesies? Is there a flap in the back so he can take a crap? God I hate the new 52!

CavEl - 3/9/2013, 2:42 PM
@ Facade - Superman and Batman's suit are the exact same thing in the new 52, except one is blue and the other is black.

The underwear is never coming back, you can stop whining now!

And no, Batman and Superman didn't first meet in Justice League # 2. Batman said he was already familiar with Superman in Justice League # 1, but they weren't fans of each other.
CavEl - 3/9/2013, 2:46 PM
So...looks like Batman is in for another ass beating in the new 52.
cartman87 - 3/9/2013, 2:48 PM
That Batman/Superman picture is awesome
DTor91 - 3/9/2013, 2:48 PM
@thatcoldblackcloud

.....Do better then. Jae is one of the better working artists in the industry now.
RyGoR - 3/9/2013, 2:49 PM
I might actually get these two haven't been able to get into the new 52 besides batman and that's it but both of these titles look ahhhhsum :)

Just so funny that Jae lee does the same cover for everything!!!!!!!! Hahahah :P
Woodkid - 3/9/2013, 2:52 PM
You mean, you wanna dress like that ?
WhiteSAMURAI22 - 3/9/2013, 2:55 PM
Looks like June is going to be a pretty awesome month.
Facade - 3/9/2013, 2:57 PM
@JaketheSuperguy...I'll consider it ;p
AraxisHT - 3/9/2013, 2:59 PM
I'm excited for both. Jim Lee's art is superb as always.

I just went back and took a look at my Justice League issues and it's very clear that Batman has been watching Superman, but Superman doesn't know Batman. I wonder how they're going to work that out.
AraxisHT - 3/9/2013, 3:01 PM
I'm not crazy about Jae Lee's art though. It feels too much like spandex, which I thought had been left in the past where it belonged.
ThatOneDude - 3/9/2013, 3:23 PM
Haha! Bout time they brought back the classic World's Finest!!! Definetely picking Batman/Superman up!
sameoldthing - 3/9/2013, 3:30 PM
I think Jae Lee cover / art is great..the costumes does not look like shiny armor, just seams in the material. NICE.
mbembet - 3/9/2013, 4:03 PM
i like the title Batman/superman
i'm glad they decided to put Batman first
NorrinRaddical - 3/9/2013, 4:18 PM
JAE LEE COVER LOOKS AMAZING!
rbfn04 - 3/9/2013, 4:25 PM
@FACADE no, it's in MoS that he actually wears his daddy's underalls. Not sure if it has the ass flap tho
Fastestmanalive - 3/9/2013, 4:27 PM
Unchained looks really cool, Batman/Superman npt so excited about for some reason, maybe cuz the art sucks.

On another note I can understand why Bat/Supes is 4 bucks, its 40 pages but why the hell is unchained FIVE BUCKS???? Especially when its only 32 pages?
DCjohnny - 3/9/2013, 5:30 PM
I loved the superman/Batman comic book series ... can't wait for Batman/superman ...
Scooby - 3/9/2013, 5:31 PM
Awesome sauce
soberchimera - 3/9/2013, 5:38 PM
Even Jae Lee can't make the new Superman suit look good.
Facade - 3/9/2013, 6:02 PM
@JaketheSuperguy...ok, I considered it and as long as something looks like shit, I'll continue to say I think it looks like shit, so quit whining about people whining.
thatcoldblackcloud - 3/9/2013, 7:33 PM
@DTor91: Remember that yourself next time you complain about ANYTHING.

@indigobolt956: well, it IS true, that cover looks like shit.

Superman Unchained, on the other hand, is a must buy
starfighter - 3/9/2013, 8:17 PM
I'd rather be the person that's getting a check from DC for drawing a Batman/Superman that supposedly looks like shit than being someone that complains about it on a comic book movie website.

Just saying.
Fastestmanalive - 3/9/2013, 8:20 PM
@jjsperos
Totally with u man, hells no am I spending 5 bucks for any book, even a snyder lee on superman.

They can go shove it if they think that.
Facade - 3/9/2013, 8:53 PM
@starfighter...we all can't be garbagemen, either ;P
juwono - 3/9/2013, 8:59 PM
i really like jae lee, but his style to artistic for a action comic book like superman/batman,..
juwono - 3/9/2013, 8:59 PM
