Gandalf vs Phoenix: Any sorcerer short of Dr. Strange is biting off WAY more than he can chew with Phoenix.

Doomsday vs Magneto -- Magneto's too smart to get into a fist-fight, especially with a monster like Doomsday. One look at Doomsday and he'd know to keep his distance. I can see him wrapping Doomsday up in a magnetic field and pushing him away/launching him/what-have-you. And while that might not hurt Doomsday at all, on the same token, Doomsday never lands a punch. I call it a non-fight, so I didn't vote on this one.

Mr. Hyde vs Thing -- be it the Hyde from League of Extraordinary Gentlemen or Hyde from Marvel Comics (who is the more powerful of the two), Ben Grimm's got this. The more powerful Marvel Hyde is only just over half as strong as the Thing; one good hit to the chops and Hyde's kissing pavement.

See, I have a major problem with the logic behind the Doomsday character. Okay, so, you can kill him -- but he'll simply be resurrected with an immunity to the last thing that killed him. If the heroes he goes up against know that, then why do they always end up killing him? And is it really considered "death" if he always comes back from it? Wouldn't there eventually come a point where he'd be immune to EVERYTHING, and thus would NEVER die? And if he never dies, wouldn't that contradict the very essence of his character, which is that he has to die before gaining an immunity?

I do not understand how everyone thinks that Marvel's team could beat Team Misc. Now I understand what you are saying about Phoenix being the strongest on Marvel's team. She has class 10 psychic powers on a scale 1-10 but for a telepath to take over someone they do have to locate them. Remember it is a team. Spawn is on Goku's team, he could easily deflect all her telepathic powers being directed toward Goku he is a demon afterall. I do not know how their team chemistry would work Goku is a god, he was given more than 1000 years of life by a Kami one of the gods and he has a power level that surpasses multiple gods put together. He moves past the speed of light and has strength that is the equivalent of 10X Gold Supermen (when Kal-El was in the sun for over 10,000 years). That is not even counting his energy attacks being enough to destroy any planet in an instant. He would not even need to go super sayain-jin.
In terms of speed the only person that has shown a similar speed is The Flash. He however does not have even a similar strength class.
Phoenix does not have the capabilities to face both Spawn and Goku at the same time, her team would be killed or defeated in an instant by Goku all by himself. Without support Yoda could trap her in a Psionic catanic state or Spawn would deflect her telepathic attacks toward Goku. It would possibly take both Yoda and Spawn's help to deflect her telepathic attacks toward him. However once that is done she is out in less than a minute.
The Dc team may have more of a chance because Dr.Fate would go directly against Spawn and Goku would probably want to race The Flash for a while before defeating him. Supergirl would probably take out bumblee, yoda, and the prince of persia because she would move too fast for any of them to even react. Even with the Prince's ability to stop or go back in time. After Goku has defeated The Flash most probably Dr.Fate would have won. Lets be fair Dr.Fate has a giant variety of spells to dispose of someone like Spawn. However due to the fans, it would probably be a stalemate and in one unexpected blow Goku would knock out Dr.Fate.
Now it is the Final Battle:
Goku vs Supergirl.
After 5 minutes (4 hours-4 weeks depending on how you counted the show in real time)
The fight would be over with Goku the victor and probably the only survivor. If Goku can beat Superman it would not take much to defeat Super-girl whom is less powerful.

That is if we are talking about true origins of all the characters.
If we are talking movie versions only then Super-girl would easily be the Victor of the battle.
If cartoon versions then it would be Goku with Supergirl and Phoenix tied for second.
Comic book version Goku barely beat Superman, so it would probably come between a stalemate between him and Phoenix after she or he defeated Supergirl.
If Manga versions then Goku, Supergirl, Phoenix, and Spawn all tie. Since two of those are on the same team then the Team Misc wins.

No matter how many ways you calculate it no other team can really beat almost any team with Goku.
Even a solo battle the out comes are presented above. I am a completely neutral analyst. Exactly how it says above I not doing this as a popularity poll but as an analysis and giving my reasons as to who would win.
