Some hours ago, a video was posted, that showed a lady walking out out Gotham City Hall, with a protection of a couple mercenaries. Although the video was of low quality, these new photos somewhat confirm, that Marion Cotillard character "Miranda Tate" is more than just an eager Wayne Enterprises board member.
