A couple of days ago we heard the news that as part of Marvel NOW! The Amazing Spider-Man would be giving way to The Superior Spider-Man #1, written by Dan Slott with art starting off by Ryan Stegman, and later joined by Humberto Ramos and Giuseppe Camuncoli.

Yesterday we got our first preview of the art, and it looks like Ryan Stegman brought his A game for this one.

The Superior Spider-Man has gotten a lot of negative feedback but it at least seems that the art is good.
Im not a fan of these changes myself but i trust dan slott, we shall see how this pans out, tell me what you guys think in the comments, although im guessing you're gonna hate it, list off anyway.

Josh, he has screen capped this article. You or none of your friends have posted this yet, MrCool did it first ( I lead him to it).

If this gets removed and you post yours after, we will email the site owner for stealing articles.

@Marvel72: I agree the art looks pretty nice

I'm still not into the talons on his fingers and feet

I think people should give this a chance, yes I know it's not Peter behind the mask but idk...we might be surprised! Maybe...

When does the first issue come out?
BenderDickCumPatch - 10/12/2012, 6:12 PM
January @Bandido.

I think it could be Peter, mixed with a different mindset.
Maybe Morbious did something to him, Maybe Ock killed May which sent him Anti-Hero...

If it's Kaine Parker, the shit will be mine.

@LEVITIKUZ- Enjoy it dude, should be fun.

There's no way this version of Spidey is sticking. He just looks way too menacing. Won't last more than 1 story arc, guaranteed.
MARVELPSYCHO79 - 10/12/2012, 6:26 PM
That art looks decent.

@LEVITIKUZ:

Art looks cool. I can't wait to see how this turns out. I love some good controversy. Press is press and MARVEL knows how to create some wild press. Its getting people talking and of course dividing the fanbase until it comes out.

looks like manga!

@MaskedVigilante The rule on CBM is Best wins, not first. If this article was completely garbage with just images and no text or teaser, Josh would've been on good authority to delete it. First =/= Keep. This is a mistake most seem to make.

Here are the rules; straight from the Trusted User/Editor Instructions Page. If you don't understand, I'll paraphrase afterwards while using the examples you gave.

"THE ABSOLUTE RULE: The absolute rule for duplicates is "the best one wins" NOT "the first one wins".
CAVEAT #1. Always favor the earliest poster when duplicate articles are of similar quality.
CAVEAT #2. If you notice that duplicate articles (of similar quality) are between a frequent contributor vs. an infrequent or NEW contributor, you may want to favor the NEW/Infrequent one so that he is encouraged to contribute more often."

Caveat 1 = Whoever posts the article first, does indeed win. However, when it comes to keeping the article on the site for a long period of time in crappy condition, the article must be replaced with a superior one to make this site look good. I do it too. HOWEVER, the rule also states when "being first" you MUST include a Headline, Teaser and Body Content or it will be deleted no matter what.

Caveat 2 = This is where this article comes into play. Since this guy is a new contributor, but his article isn't quite up to CBM standards, the editors still have to let this article be unless it was complete garbage. Therefore, this guy would be more inclined to produce and even improve his work.

^I Have Been Victim To That. Very Recently.
