New THE DARK KNIGHT RISES Toys Image Tease With Possible Scarecrow Cameo

Target has a ton of new The Dark Knight Rises Toys, Games and even bed sheets. One mysterious toy looks alot like Scarecrow? Is Dr. Crane in The Dark Knight Rises? Plus more spoilers from the Kids book.

Who is this mysterious figure above? It sure looks like the outline of Scarecrow from Batman Begins...

While at my Local Target I came across a ton of Dark Knight Rises toys, stuff animals and bed sheets. The toy Section now has a large Dark Knight Rises sign above it and front and center is all The Dark Knight Rises Toys. The most interesting find tonight was on the back of the box of the mini figures...what looked like Scarecrow!? Is this outline Dr. Crane? Check out all these pictures of all the great merchandise.






























Also while alot of these pages from these children’s books have already leaked. I was shocked to find that my local Ralph’s Grocery Store had Four Dark Knight Rises Children’s Books in the kids section. These pages pretty much confirm what we already knew, that 1. Batman has given up being Batman at the start of the film for quite some time. That 2. Gordon is talking to Batman in the hospital scene from the teaser and 3.Bane is the reason that makes Batman Come Back. I think of course the scene is different in the actual film and they simplified it for the kids book. I think that for example in the teaser hospital scene Batman is not in his costume but the leaked suit and ski mask pics we've seen leaked.

Cillian Murphy already confirmed he's in TDKR, folks. But that "Mystery Figure" is just the exact same thing as this

Cheap ass Mattel does that. e.g., TDK's Movies Master's figure's having Batman Begins characters, and every [frick]ing DCUC figure mold

I'm still looking for the 6 inch TDKR figures. The TDK ones are great especially the detail but right now I don't see anything worth buying.

My local Walmart had a display in which the regular Batman figure turned into the weird alternate costume we saw earlier and alternate costume.

Wasn't it confirmed that Scarecrow would be a judge in a courtroom scene with Catwoman? That thought was announced AGES ago...

It was never confirmed Scarecrow was in this. Only two articles were posted. 1.) he was getting grilled in a interview, asking he makes a cameo. He side steps the question. 2.) Someone spotted him on set and IMDB listing.
I would love him to make a cameo, and do believe he will. Just nothing is confirmed about it.

Murphy has not confirmed anything, he declined to comment when asked. So this does all but confirm Scarecrows' appearance. Nice find.

It's definately scarecrow. That's cool.

As for toys these days they sure dont make em like they used to. Now they are overpriced and undersized and lack the creative design. God I'm glad I grew up in the nineties.

Ha, I saw the exact thing when I was at Barnes and Noble the other day. Same thing goes with the avengers. Expect avengers had storybooks while tdkr didn't awww.

These toys are horrible! Even though I HATE the costumes for Bane & Catwoman in the movie, the toys look even worse. They look a lot like something that should come in a happy meal. When my 8yo Son with his giant Action Figure Collection isn't interested in them you know they are bad.
