Also, series scriptwriter Jaime Pagila has shared episode six credits via Twitter. The episode is titled "The Flash is Born", which could mean that it will take six episodes for the character to start going by the moniker, "The Flash". This should please those fans still upset by the fact that Stephen Amell's Oliver Queen goes by Arrow and not Green Arrow.

After a particle accelerator causes a freak storm, CSI Investigator Barry Allen is struck by lightning and falls into a coma. That's not Iris, that's Black Laurel. There's literally no deference between the two character's they are both that smug, bitchy, annoying love interest who like's to [frick] with the main character and that's a shame really because everything in the pilot was so good.

Just not digging the generic "I'm in love with my best friend" thing.

Iris and Laurel are not the same. Iris is a lot sunnier and more optimistic and less bitchy. Plus Grant and Candace actually have a (small) degree of chemistry with each other, unlike Stephen and Katie who have zero chemistry.

I don't like the "in love with best friend" angle either, though. Lame as hell.

... Or it could be the first time-travel episode, where Barry accidentally goes back in time and witnesses his own birth.

Either way, should be fun to see!
