Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) meets the Count Vertigo (Seth Gabel). Gabel's performance is really being touted as something special and you'll get your first glimpse of it inside. This could the episode where the show ascends to the next level.
Seth Gabel's performance as Arrow's version of Count Vertigo is being hyped as phenomenal and the above clip doesn't disappoint.
