2gold - 4/15/2013, 5:33 AM
Channing Tatum for best actor. Amazing. Gotta love MTV.
KelvTwelve - 4/15/2013, 5:36 AM
It hurt reading this.
Piesank - 4/15/2013, 5:37 AM
@Deadpool seems like the Academy agrees with it as well.

Watched the movie last night I was pleasantly surprised by it.
Deadpool727 - 4/15/2013, 5:39 AM
Seriously? Channing Tatum? Why not Hugh Jackman? Why wasn't he even on the list?!
sameoldthing - 4/15/2013, 5:39 AM
Avengers is a badass movie. Simple as that.
DoubleD - 4/15/2013, 5:39 AM
GREAT JOB AVENGERS AND CREW ! 1.5 Billion Dollars world wide is just amazing. The fans have spoken.
Deadpool727 - 4/15/2013, 5:40 AM

thewonderer - 4/15/2013, 5:43 AM
BEST SHIRTLESS PERFORMANCE GOES TO THE TWILIGHT GUY!!!

OVER CHRISTIAN BALE!!!!???? THE MAN KILLS HIMSELF IN CHANGING HIS WEIGHT BETWEEN FILMS!!!
subzero1077 - 4/15/2013, 5:46 AM
Tom Hiddleston as best villian??? HAHAHAHAHAHA
spidey1994 - 4/15/2013, 5:47 AM

spidey1994 - 4/15/2013, 5:52 AM
@TheWonderer

I think you really should be asking, Why the [frick] is there an award for a [frick]ing shirtless scene?!
Deadpool727 - 4/15/2013, 5:53 AM
@Spidey1994

Because MTV.
fortycals - 4/15/2013, 5:54 AM
Wait for it, wait for it. TDKR gets snubbed so here comes the flame. Lets bash mtvma, and avengers. Instead of that lets be happy Twilight and Hunger Games were no where to be found.
Godzillafart - 4/15/2013, 5:58 AM
@thewonderer: Really?! Upset Bale was robbed of "Best Shirtless Performance"?

HeadPool420 - 4/15/2013, 6:04 AM
People still watch MTV?
MrNiklander - 4/15/2013, 6:07 AM
Come on Jennifer Lawrence and Ryan Gosling are way overrated. I mean come on I liked Silver Linings PLaybook but Lawrence doesn't deserve all of this damn hype
RPD - 4/15/2013, 6:08 AM
Their awards are usually shit, but it's not too bad this year. Only one I don't get, and it's probably 'cause I'm a dude, is the shirtless one. Taylor Lautner beat Daniel Craig and Channing Tatum? I wouldn't have figured that, other than it being MTV...
Spideyguy94 - 4/15/2013, 6:11 AM
Who cares about the MTV movie awards again?
Goggles - 4/15/2013, 6:15 AM
So Avengers wins an MTV Award and suddenly the MTV Movie Awards matter?

Yeeeeeaaaah, no.
MrMartinMarvel - 4/15/2013, 6:16 AM
It kinda feels wrong that The Avengers beat out all the more deserving nominees. But then again... :)
RPD - 4/15/2013, 6:16 AM
BTW, WTF is Silver Linings Playbook?
RPD - 4/15/2013, 6:17 AM
@Goggles No, they don't matter, they just managed to get it right for once...
RPD - 4/15/2013, 6:19 AM
I remember watching MTV in the 80's. Twas the shit back then...
RPD - 4/15/2013, 6:24 AM
I bet lots of people do...
Canon38 - 4/15/2013, 6:24 AM
People still watch this?
bbarber2323 - 4/15/2013, 6:24 AM
Im just happy to see Teabag here!!!
marvel72 - 4/15/2013, 6:28 AM
django unchained should of won most of these categories but yeah i'm glad the avengers.

thewonderer was gutted that christian bale didn't win best shirtless performance,he's love for nolan the dark knight trilogy surpasses everyone.
beane2099 - 4/15/2013, 6:29 AM
Heh. The MTV movie awards been around for like 20 years or so. They once gave Godzilla a lifetime achievement award (presented by Sir Patrick Stewart). Yet people act surprised at some of the award categories. And I'm sorry to those who feel Avengers wrongfully won awards because you love Batman so much. The success of Avengers is a success for comic fans regardless of where you stand on the Marvel/DC coin. I realize most of you weren't around for the days when cbm's were almost nonexistant but this is a pretty cool thing for those of us that were. Nolan and crew got theirs for TDK. So just have a coke and a smile already. And that goes for you anti-Bat/Nolan people too. Just enjoy it. It ain't like you won anything cause Avengers won something.
RamonSuarez - 4/15/2013, 6:37 AM
So the Avengers pwns The Dark Knight Rises one more time.

The good guys win again. Awesome.

WhiteBolt - 4/15/2013, 6:45 AM
Avengers, baby!

CBMs are going to own the MTV Movie awards next year.
Wingding - 4/15/2013, 6:47 AM
This is all bull crap
riseofloganX36 - 4/15/2013, 6:47 AM
Finally the avengers one something. it the best movie / comic book movie of all time. nuff said.

UNTIL next time TRUE BELIEVERS!
thewonderer - 4/15/2013, 6:49 AM
@ramon

The good guys? What are you, 12?

This is hollywood, everyone is an asshole.
RamonSuarez - 4/15/2013, 6:53 AM
@thewonderer

Your tears taste like honey. Let the buttsore overtake you and cry some more...
RamonSuarez - 4/15/2013, 6:55 AM
This just confirms what audiences and critics have said.

The Avengers was the great comic book movie of 2012, Loki was the best comic book movie villain of 2012, and Marvel keeps on winning.
ATrueHero1987 - 4/15/2013, 6:55 AM
Someone is really mad over who won best shirtless performance....really?!
RamonSuarez - 4/15/2013, 6:57 AM
LOL. Django wasn't that good. It doesn't even rank in Tarrantino's top 3. The performances were awesome, but the movie was sloppy as hell.
thewonderer - 4/15/2013, 6:59 AM
