A crash landing leaves teenager Kitai Raige (Jaden Smith) and his legendary father Cypher (Will Smith) stranded on Earth, 1,000 years after cataclysmic events forced humanity’s escape. With Cypher critically injured, Kitai must embark on a perilous journey to signal for help, facing uncharted terrain, evolved animal species that now rule the planet, and an unstoppable alien creature that escaped during the crash. Father and son must learn to work together and trust one another if they want any chance of returning home.

Kick-Ass, Hit Girl and Red Mist return for the follow-up to 2010’s irreverent global hit: Kick-Ass 2. After Kick-Ass’ (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) insane bravery inspires a new wave of self-made masked crusaders, led by the badass Colonel Stars and Stripes (Jim Carrey), our hero joins them on patrol. When these amateur superheroes are hunted down by Red Mist (Christopher Mintz-Plasse)—reborn as The Mother F%&*^r—only the blade-wielding Hit Girl (Chloe Grace Moretz) can prevent their annihilation.

In Summer 2013, pioneering director J.J. Abrams will deliver an explosive action thriller that takes Star Trek Into Darkness. When the crew of the Enterprise is called back home, they find an unstoppable force of terror from within their own organization has detonated the fleet and everything it stands for, leaving our world in a state of crisis.

With a personal score to settle, Captain Kirk leads a manhunt to a war-zone world to capture a one man weapon of mass destruction. As our heroes are propelled into an epic chess game of life and death, love will be challenged, friendships will be torn apart, and sacrifices must be made for the only family Kirk has left: his crew.

United Nations employee Gerry Lane (Brad Pitt) traverses the world in a race against time to stop the Zombie pandemic that is toppling armies and governments, and threatening to decimate humanity itself. Mireille Enos plays Gerry’s wife Karen Lane; Daniella Kertesz is his comrade in arms, Segen.”

Eleanor and Clara, two mysterious and penniless young women, flee the scene of a violent crime and arrive in a run-down coastal resort. They try to find money and refuge along the tawdry seafront and in the dilapidated hotels.Clara, ever-practical, sells her body. She soon meets shy and lonely Noel, who provides a roof over their heads in his seedy guesthouse, Byzantium. Clara, always looking towards the future, turns it into a ‘pop-up’ brothel. Meanwhile Eleanor, the eternal schoolgirl, meets Frank, a kindred spirit who unwittingly prompts her to tell the truth about her life. She tells him that Clara is her mother; yet Clara is only a few years older. She says that she was born in 1804; yet she is just sixteen. She confesses that she must drink human blood to stay alive – and so must her mother. In the small, quiet town, people start to die. And the past that the girls have been running from for so long, finally catches up with them – with astonishing consequences.

When legions of monstrous creatures, known as Kaiju, started rising from the sea, a war began that would take millions of lives and consume humanity’s resources for years on end. To combat the giant Kaiju, a special type of weapon was devised: massive robots, called Jaegers, which are controlled simultaneously by two pilots whose minds are locked in a neural bridge. But even the Jaegers are proving nearly defenseless in the face of the relentless Kaiju. On the verge of defeat, the forces defending mankind have no choice but to turn to two unlikely heroes—a washed up former pilot and an untested trainee — who are teamed to drive a legendary but seemingly obsolete Jaeger from the past. Together, they stand as mankind’s last hope against the mounting apocalypse.

The Dark Horse comic R.I.P.D. is adapted by Universal Pictures with this fantasy crime film focusing on a newly deceased cop (Ryan Reynolds) who's drafted into a squad of zombie cops that battle the supernatural. Red's Robert Schwentke directs, with Jeff Bridges co-starring as his partner and Kevin Bacon playing the villain.

gaikinger - 4/23/2013, 6:49 PM
World War Z PG13.....that sucks.
ATrueHero1987 - 4/23/2013, 6:53 PM
In a way, I'm NOT surprised that World War Z is PG-13. I Am Legend was PG-13 & that was a Zombie movie....well Zombie/Vampire movie.
HongKongPooey - 4/23/2013, 7:13 PM
I expected Star Trek to be R
CyberBishop - 4/23/2013, 7:26 PM

Give me left for dead film

R888 - 4/23/2013, 7:42 PM
Or this

PhantomPunch - 4/23/2013, 7:46 PM
why is this a [frick]ing story
TheSuperguy - 4/23/2013, 7:55 PM
World War Z is PG-13? Well, now I know there won't be any classic zombie action, they will all be shot from far away and just sort of drop, like I Am Legend. There better be one heck of a story and some great action scenes. Anybody who's read the book knows how awesome the battle of Yonkers could be.
luv1138 - 4/23/2013, 9:20 PM
WWZ!
MarkV - 4/23/2013, 9:49 PM
Dude, World War Z is the most expensive zombie film EVER MADE! They are BLEEDING cash. They need to recoup the loss of a potentially shitty film.

Plus the dumb zombies move around like ants on speed, so, you know, they look spatchcocking DUMB! Jizz tainting FAIL.
MarkV - 4/23/2013, 9:50 PM
PG-13 = cash grab for a sinking ship

MASSIVE FAILURE
Brady1138 - 4/23/2013, 10:52 PM
I was once excited about World War Z. Now it's drizzled down to "I may rent it at some point in the distant future."
JacksonVegaIII - 4/24/2013, 3:26 AM
