I would like a futuristic approach, like Arkham City.
I would also like to see Grayson, Todd and Drake.
Also....NIGHTWING

Hopefully not for another 6 years. I think that'll give the audience enough time to accept a reboot.

Being honest, the only way in my eyes to do a Batman reboot without the director being constantly compared to the Nolan films is to go with Batman Beyond. It's a completely different character in a completely different setting and lends itself to telling a story that nobody really knows the outcome to.

The ending to TDKR gives WB some things to do with Batman and Bruce without having to reboot it with a origin story. I just hope the next director of Batman can challenge themselves to come up with a great story.

I would love to do a Mr.Freeze storyline. Something a little dramatic and sad, but exciting as well.

Honestly, has anybody said they wanted to see a 3-split story like an Anthology movie of batman? We could have Clayface, Mad Hatter, and anybody else that can fit in for a dramatic villain. Would be sweet.

They can even use the Scopolamine/Bath Salt Zombie craze as a basis for his dollotrons.

Joker will probably be in the next series as well, you can't have a series without The Joker. I would like to see Riddler, Freeze and Ivy done justice.
JDUKE25

Something with Hush, Riddler or Mr Freeze (done correctly). Not all 3 in the same obviously.

Have Robin work with Batman, feature Nightwing and have flashbacks, when he's talking to Tim, about when he was Robin. Forget Jason Todd. You'd have to have Joker again and have Jason die. Personally I don't care much for seeing that story.

@Supes17 Court of Owls would be awesome.

If you look at his smile as he talks about it, I think it shows he has grown to really love the character. Being at the center of the franchise, he hasn't been able to take in these movies the way we have, so I think he is being genuine about his desire to see more Batman and just enjoy it as part of the audience.

-mad monk + Mr Whisper + "Sanctum"

Honestly though, I want to see Cavill's Superman, Reynold's Lantern, and Levitt's Batman in a JL.

Batman started everything (Superman Earth One), and when they finally meet him he's younger than them all. Could lead to great dialogue.

One big comic book bananza of a Batman trilogy with 1 major villain and 2 lesser one's in the first 2 and in the third bring 'em all back into the same room but with three major MAJOR villains as the main antagonists. But Batman will need the help of Nightwing, Robin (JT) dies in 1 or 2, then comes back as Red Hood in the 3rd, Batgirl(CC) at some point maaaaaybe Superman and a more traditional Alfred. I say no Gordons, Oldman WAS Jimbo.

Bale has a good point. people have forgotten the atmosphere
created by Kane in the beginning.
Batman was not that dark,
indeed ..

I like the idea of using hugo strange in a reboot. He is a very dark and interesting character. As for whether or not to use the Joker in any future franchise... It's tough, because Joker has been done twice amazingly in the films already and to continue using him would probably only stand in the way of other great villains we have yet to see. Then again it's hard to imagine any Batman franchise without the Joker in it. I would love to see Batman done in a Game of Throne type HBO series. You could intertwine so many great story lines incorporating all the characters and keep introducing new villains. This will never happen, but one can dream. :)
