IDK. Hope it does. Seriously IDK why they wait so long, no one is playing the movie at the box office after a while, so why not hurry up with the DVDs?
GoILL - 9/18/2012, 6:47 AM
I'll be getting this day one.
AC1 - 9/18/2012, 6:51 AM
I hope they do a nice blu-ray trilogy box set with triple-plays and lots of special features. Ooh and art cards!

While I found TDKR disappointing it is still very watchable and in some places actually great, although the ending really lets it down. While I know Nolan doesn't like to include deleted scenes in the special features, I hope he makes an exception with TDKR if the rumoured Bane training scenes were shot.

these are the times also when I ask "should I be holding out for the inevitable box set upgrades in a year or two?" (Avengers, Batman, Spiderman, etc etc)

@Equinox - something that made me scratch my noggin' is how come i kept hearing that loki was going to control an alien army? he just opened a doorway. actually, selvig did that. whatever was on the spaceship controlled the alien/robot hybrids then, i guess. loki was kinda like a wal-mart greeter, then?
YoMAMAwearsARMYboots - 9/18/2012, 9:32 AM

I watched The Dark Knight Returns the other night on movie2k and that's what this movie should have been! Also The Dark Knight Returns is the best Batman and animated movie I have seen! It's just like the graphic novel! Deff a buy for my blu ray when it comes out!
SUPERSHADOWBAT - 9/18/2012, 9:53 AM
Great! the perfect Christmas gift to myself. Should be interesting to see what special packaging or cases they put out.
marvel72 - 9/18/2012, 10:11 AM
@ Equinox

why bring up the avengers in a batman article,i was talking about the dark knight rises in a dark knight article.

but as we're talking about the avengers yes you are dead right it has flaws to its story but the dark knight rises supposed to a superior piece of storytelling. :D
