Tevii - 7/2/2014, 8:59 AM

Doopie - 7/2/2014, 9:05 AM
art is awesome. Love the way reed extends his neck rather than move the x-ray closer
SonofBatman - 7/2/2014, 9:06 AM
Can't wait for the release!!!!!
KrazyForKomix - 7/2/2014, 9:07 AM
Not sure why people give a crap about the "death" of Wolverine, but hey - maybe it'll sell an extra issue or two.
storyteller - 7/2/2014, 9:16 AM
So he got cancer then?
duncboy - 7/2/2014, 9:18 AM
Good art, stupid story. Wolverine will be back.
jrp6048 - 7/2/2014, 9:27 AM
Maybe he got an std from Gusto and it's finally caught up to him
Kyos - 7/2/2014, 9:41 AM
The art is great! The event... I'll read what people have to say about it...
Makiveli21 - 7/2/2014, 9:43 AM
Yes he will be back but thats not the point, the point is hes gonna be off the board for a few years. Thats a long time in comics. Who knows what the marvel universe will look like when he comes back. Will he be the same when he gets back? How will he get back?

Oh and the biggest question nobodys asking!
How is he gonna die?!
Whos gonna kill him?!
SimpleeComplex - 7/2/2014, 9:43 AM
Who'd he hang up on that tree?
GLprime2814 - 7/2/2014, 9:43 AM
Great art worthless story specially since he'll be back in 6month time. And wolverine getting beat by a disease? Extra lame.
Bl00dwerK - 7/2/2014, 10:11 AM
I hope it's a sad death, at least...
Franshu - 7/2/2014, 10:25 AM
Ah, McNiven at his best. It's been a while since he put this much effort in his pages ("Nemesis", for instance, looks terrible). Lovin' it.
Gnoxorm - 7/2/2014, 10:28 AM
At least it looks like they're being creative with his death. I guess they have to. Interesting to see Doctor Richards doing testing. Maybe the weapon-x procedure had a shelf life? Either way, it's better than seeing him blown up or decapitated. Much more interesting, but it will be sad to lose him for a while. (Though I'm getting VERY sick of Hugh Jackman in the portrayal.)
Gnoxorm - 7/2/2014, 10:30 AM
Oh, he lost his healing factor. When did that happen and how? Anybody?
MementoMori - 7/2/2014, 10:54 AM
God, that art is amazing. I know I'm not the only one who hates the "death" of Wolverine, especially since he's the most popular of the whole X-men team. Dunno how they'll handle it, but that art is just amazing.
MericawithanM - 7/2/2014, 11:10 AM
fantastic artwork. but let's cut to the chase. After he "dies" how is he going to be brought back?
Alfredo27 - 7/2/2014, 11:34 AM
he loses his heal factor like every 5 years or so. I still remember how big a deal it was the first time he lost his adamantium from Magneto ripping it out.
RobtimusPrime - 7/2/2014, 11:58 AM
Meh. He'll be back before the 2015 NBA draft. Nice artwork though.
arsonjack - 7/2/2014, 12:31 PM
Now cracks a noble heart. Good-night, fierce warrior;
May a flight of angels sing thee to thy rest.
earzmundo - 7/2/2014, 12:38 PM
he has been shit since civil war
Gnoxorm - 7/2/2014, 12:42 PM
So he's depressed and alone in the middle of no where. And he has a flash back of a doctor's analysis that he's dying. Still a concept unknown to the Wolverine.
dethpillow - 7/2/2014, 1:01 PM
wow, nice art. stuff these days almost seems like it looks better before it gets colored.

at least this type of art, i think.
even older stuff, i love the Marvel anthologies that are smaller sized and will have like 40 issues of FF or Team Up or whatever in them, but in black and white. i think they're called Marvel Essentials, but those look really nice like that too.
kakinurmawth - 7/2/2014, 1:03 PM
Oh my....this is gonna be at the top of my collection. I can't wait to read this shit!!
ckal - 7/2/2014, 1:16 PM
Finally the butchery of the once great character Wolverine will be at an end.

Farewell.
marvel72 - 7/2/2014, 1:16 PM
beautiful artwork, this series is gonna be something special.
dpunkjrocksm - 7/2/2014, 1:19 PM
He'll be back next year when the universe gets rebooted!
TelaVizion - 7/2/2014, 1:22 PM
Off of the last book with him leaving Death's temple, and with what Shang Chi says about him picking a name, I think the death will have more to do with who he is as a person now dying to become something else.

This might end with him not being called "Wolverine" anymore. Also Death wasn't really acting like she was gonna finally get him for good now. Just more in line of something she's doing to him for a moment.
Acerimmer1 - 7/2/2014, 3:39 PM
I don't think this will hurt Fox at all. But I also think it makes more sense for Marvel to instead promote characters which it owns film rights for.
slashsnikt - 7/2/2014, 3:44 PM
i want to see how this turns out.very interisting
staypuffed - 7/2/2014, 4:25 PM
I'm quite intrigued and interested by this. And I love the covers.
seantwakafilmyguy - 7/2/2014, 6:30 PM
Why is Jeph Loeb a skrull? D:
GetsugaTensho22 - 7/2/2014, 7:21 PM
Pretty pictures, but will the writing hold up?
campblood - 7/2/2014, 7:51 PM
just marvels petty attempts to ruin the movies
AUSSYACE - 7/3/2014, 10:28 PM
