No offense, but we just saw Thanos. So I'm going to need a trailer to bring me back down to Earth. *Subtle hint to Feige to drop the trailer tomorrow*

Ultron is going to be amazing.
mmadadamm - 8/1/2014, 6:02 PM
what's the point of giving Hawkeye a new costume if they couldnt even include his cowl? Ugh

Can't wait for this movie.

Where's the obligatory scantily clad women with big boobs and ass?

Guardians of the Galaxy here I come!!!
wallhead - 8/1/2014, 6:12 PM
@mmadadamm

cuz it doesn't make sense for this incarnation of hawkeye to wear one. he'd look ridiculous.
tvor03 - 8/1/2014, 6:17 PM
Because Joss Whedon doesn't give characters costumes for no reason. Which is why I don't understand why everyone expects quicksilver and scarlet witch to suddenly be "issued" their costumes at the end of the movie. Where in any of the MCU does that have precedence?
TexasTwoFace - 8/1/2014, 6:18 PM
Will it become my new favorite comic book movie of all-time? I don't know for sure but I'm liking the chances.
XF14 - 8/1/2014, 6:21 PM
So I guess transcripts are a thing of the past?
Dunejedi - 8/1/2014, 6:22 PM
@wallhead

Yeah, cuz the leather frock he's wearing now doesn't look ridiculous AT ALL.
Barchiel - 8/1/2014, 6:34 PM
Stop bitching.
Enjoy.
SniktBub - 8/1/2014, 6:40 PM
@wallhead. They could've included a version of the cowl if they wanted to. It could've been exactly like the the detective vision from the Batman Arkham games
kakinurmawth - 8/1/2014, 6:41 PM
Damn I'd hate to interview Marvel actors and stuff. You just can't get anything. Someone should get them all in one location and give them A LOT of booze and THEN ask them questions hahaha
kakinurmawth - 8/1/2014, 6:42 PM
I wonder if in their contracts there are financial penalties for disclosing information....that'd keep me quiet
wallhead - 8/1/2014, 6:44 PM
@tvor03

agreed
wallhead - 8/1/2014, 6:47 PM
@dunejedi

u missed the part where I said this incarnation would not have need for one. he is/was a tactical agent. not a "superhero"
GliderMan - 8/1/2014, 6:52 PM
Well, Hawkeye should be a SUPERHERO, and to the people of New York he is. But I don't see a need for his cowl. It's not like he's hiding his identity.

Don't complain. It isn't needed. And who knows, maybe they'll include it at some part. Maybe it could be used at night for night vision or some shit.
TheAbaryMan369 - 8/1/2014, 6:52 PM
@XF14, when the video is over three minutes long, yes.
kakinurmawth - 8/1/2014, 6:55 PM
@Josh Wilding have you interviewed any Marvel actors? And if so was it as hard to get info out of as it was for these guys?
Dunejedi - 8/1/2014, 6:57 PM
@wallhead

Yeah, I think I also missed the part where you laid out the difference between 'tactical agent' and 'superhero'.

Cap doesn't NEED a mask, the general public knows he's Steve Rogers. Presumably, he still wears it because "people could use a little Old Fashioned". Boom, reasons. Why can't Hawkeye wear his cowl, again? Oh yeah, he's a 'tactical agent', got it.
wallhead - 8/1/2014, 7:02 PM
lol I think its a matter of asking the right questions, which they never do.
wallhead - 8/1/2014, 7:06 PM
@dunejedi

sigh. you again. first off, cap wore a HELMET for most of his career. the only time he wore a "mask" is when SHEILD gave him his uniform. It was issued. not his choice. he clearly ditched it, and went back to helmets first chance he go i.e. cap 2. nobody in this universe wears mask(not yet anyway), why would hawkeye, the guy least needing to wear one start.
wallhead - 8/1/2014, 7:07 PM
got*
kakinurmawth - 8/1/2014, 7:07 PM
@wallhead hahah yeah man true. I still wouldn't want to navigate that mine field
wallhead - 8/1/2014, 7:10 PM
@dunejedi

and I didn't lay out the difference between superhero and tactical agent cuz I figured ur brain would do it for u. his first instance of "super heroics" was the battle of new York. so now all of a sudden he is gonna think to himself..hey I want a mask? lol just stop.
Gandhi - 8/1/2014, 7:10 PM
wallhead - 8/1/2014, 7:13 PM
@kakinurmawth

I know right. I just wish they'd get real fans to start asking the questions. the interviewers half the time don't know what they are even talking about. how do I know what respone actors are gonna give to ur questions before they even open there mouths? lol
Gandhi - 8/1/2014, 7:16 PM

Crabnado - 8/1/2014, 8:41 PM
i like him being there because i like Jeremy Renner. if it had been me, i would have said upfront that he's naturally the perfect marksman but has had some kind of physical augmentation; same with Black Widow (that's how it was in the comics). it would pale in comparison to the other changes they've made. but it's too late now.

taken from marvel wiki

The Program" increased his marksmanship to an unheard of level of accuracy. Among these enhancements, the "cones" and "rods" in his eyes (the specialized cells responsible for normal human vision) had been manipulated. While a normal human has up to 150 million rod cells in their retinas, Hawkeye has closer to 400 million, vastly increasing his visual acuity. As for his cones, he has fewer than the average human causing him to see mostly in black and white, thus increasing visual contrast (which, according to him, allows him to better see "what's real and what's not", such as seeing through a two way mirror). He also has enhanced muscles around his eyes increasing his ability for orb distortion which changes focal length

Hawkeye is able to fire six arrows faster than the average human can fire six bullets. Hawkeye is a master archer with extraordinarily fast reflexes, exceptional dexterity, and near-perfect aim. He is also an excellent all-around marksman well versed in conventional firearms, and has an uncanny knack for using miscellaneous hand-held objects as projectile weapons
cyns - 8/1/2014, 9:45 PM
I've seen the cowl and I think it's a rather dated look. He doesn't need it, IMO.

I'm not a huge fan of the long jacket, but it seems like it will serve it's purpose with the pics I've seen.

I really can't wait for this movie. After watching GOTG, I'm so effing ready for this movie now!
