In the last story of Spider-Verse #2, there are two Spider-Men catching their breath and chatting during the final battle. One comments on seeing a Tobey Maguire Spidey fighting, while the other swears he saw an Andrew Garfield Spidey in the battle. Even if Marvel can't legally show them in the comics, I'm glad to know they are somewhere in the fray!

Now, to me, THAT is comic book art.

But this series sounds VERY odd.

I just don't see the point of fourteen gajillion Spider-Menses.

There can be only ONE!

Oh, wait. Is THAT the point? A Highlander sort of Spiderman in conflict with umpteen-berdillion incarnations?
