This February, star-studded creators unite to bring you three thunderous stories that should not be missed in THOR ANNUAL #1! Today, Marvel is pleased to present your first look inside this highly anticipated issue featuring the can’t miss lineup of CM Punk, Rob Guillory, Noelle Stevenson, Marguerite Sauvage, Jason Aaron and Timothy Truman!
 
First, wrestling superstar CM Punk makes his comic writing debut alongside Chew artist Rob Guillory for a tale of the brash, boisterous young Thor and his attempt to beat the devil at his own game – by drinking him under the table!
 
Then, rising comic stars Noelle Stevenson (Lumberjanes) and Marguerite Sauvage (Sensational Comics) make their Marvel debuts to bring you an all-new tale of the new Thor! I don't think the writers have a single definitive person as the identity of this female Thor. It's going to be just like trying to figure out who the Red Hulk was. And we all the explanation for Red Hulk was bullsh*t.

Yes. It was made 40 years ago. It was made in 1975. I'm so glad you noticed. It's amazing in this day and age that not that many people take the time to remember when something is made. I'm glad you appreciated the craftsmanship that went into it. Especially considering both the internet and the movie wasn't made yet.

It' really this simple: Cut costs by going with cheaper talent (crappy editors, writers, and artists) and raise cover prices to increase profit margins. Suits and ties around the corporate meeting table figure the popularity from the films will make these books sell themselves no matter how crappy they are churned out.

JUST STOP WASTING YOUR MONEY. When sales nosedive through the floor and into the cellar they will be forced to change their current M.O. of throwing $hit against the comic book store wall and seeing who will buy it.
