SPOILERS: Check Out 15 HD Screengrabs Of DAREDEVIL's Red Suit And That Big Reveal

After the jump, you can see 14 hi-res screengrabs of Matt Murdock suited up in his classic red costume in Marvel and Netflix's Daredevil, along with a look at one of the show's coolest reveals. Be warned however, as what follows are without a doubt some pretty MAJOR SPOILERS!

“Marvel’s Daredevil” is a live action series that follows the journey of attorney Matt Murdock, who in a tragic accident was blinded as a boy but imbued with extraordinary senses. Murdock sets up practice in his old neighborhood of Hell’s Kitchen, New York where he now fights against injustice as a respected lawyer by day and masked vigilante at night.


Well, that looks pretty awesome, don't you think? There will more than likely be some tweaks before we next see it (the addition of the "DD" logo now that the press have named him is a must), but I don't expect to see anything more drastic than that. One thing which could do with a few alterations is the mask because it looks like it suffers from the same problem Batman did for a number of years; Charlie Cox can't turn his head! The suit is dope. Looks even better in motion. Cant to see it evolve where his "DD" symbol is emblazoned on it

I love love loved this show. DD is my favorite super hero of all time. That said That suit has just got to go next season. I do not like it at all. Too much black and the reds too maroon for my tastes.

I love the cowl and top, and the material for the red part of the suit... I just want a purely red suit made of the red material of this suit, and a DD logo. But it looks great anyhow and I [frick]ing loved every minute of this season. Holy shit.

The suit is really cool. I liked this early version and I'm pretty sure it will continue to evolve.

The one thing that gives me hope is that the suit isn't finished so I won't complain too much about it. However, some of the climax scenes at night with all the news reports reminded of Arrow.

Something about that gets me too, I'm guessing that they wanted to use that type of material so that he could still turn his head.

The armored suit totally makes sense, I can't wait to see the suit evolve for Defenders and season 2, and they need to add the DD

@kinghulk Agreed! Stick was awesome and his rapport with Daredevil was sort of comedic which brought a little lightness to the show.

I haven't quite made it to this episode yet, but I do think it looks great.
I really love the use of kevlar because as they've done a great job of showing, he needs the extra protection.
Any vigilante without powers would need additional protection and weapons in order to keep doing what they do.
I'm so happy we got so many episodes of his suit and use of weapons evolving.
From barehanded, to ropes around his fists, to picking up other weapons to throw, he clearly gradually realized that he would need to be more appropriately armed and armored.

The further he bothers the criminal underground, the further they'll go to kill him.
A shirt and jeans or tight leather certainly won't protect him from anything they'll bring his way.

I stand by wishing the suit came sooner, but it's a hell of a way to leave our skin crawling waiting for more DD.

i hate the costume, they should have just upgraded the black suit or went all red. The final fight was disappointing, I hope we never see the suit again.

It's a tv show about a blind super hero with super hearing.


It's not realistic but in the MCU he is the most grounded character they have.

I really don't want to pay for Netflix to watch a series if it turned out not really great.

Needs to be RED like the color of the logo for the show. The suit needs to end up looking like this by season 2.
