Thanks to TheOneRing.net, we have a first look at some of The Lord of the Rings sets which will go on sale later this year. The following were shown to only 150 people from the media and collector world at a special Collector's Party 2012 Toy Fair taking place in New York City this weekend. Be sure to click on the link below to check out even more images over at the site. With The Avengers revealed in LEGO form earlier today, it's a good time for fans of the brand.

I'm excited for them. They look like nice sets, but will all probably be very expensive given the size of them. Although, there was a disclosure sign on that one box.

I love those Lego video games, great fun. I also hope they make a LOTR one now. As for the actual sets, well I do love to look at em but I haven't bought any lego since I was a kid..but maybe I'll make an exception so I can have a lego version of Gollum.
