good covers, the story I doubt it will make a splash in the legacy of spiderman...
even for movies and cartoons they keep re-doing what the classics did for spidey, and I'm sure these stories WON'T make a movie or cartoon, they are too forgetable....

in the $1 bin in a couple of weeks

I love the Sandman cover the best out of the last three covers revealed in this topic, though the Chameleon one is pretty good too. The Rhino one, though, could've been better, in my opinion, but Dell'Otto can do no wrong making anything look awesome. Except that look Doc Ock has now, I still think it's atrocious.

I also agree with CaptainObvious, the art will be better than the story. With Mr. Wacker's previous "Peter's last year as Spidey" comment a few weeks back and the six covers showing Spidey getting beaten to a pulp by the Sinister Six, it's looking more and more likely to me that Peter Parker/Spidey is going to die when this is all over. What a shame. It's just another gimmick for the Spidey titles.

Still, I'd rather shell out $4 an issue for this instead:
