It has just been announced that the latest trailer for The Avengers broke iTunes record as the most viewed ever (find the details HERE). However, what did YOU think of it? Hit the jump to sound off with your thoughts!

The recent trailer for Marvel's The Avengers (or Avengers Assemble if you live in the UK) certainly got a lot of attention earlier this week. Personally, I thought it was fantastic. While it would have been nice to see even more of Loki, the mysterious alien villains and some actual dialogue from Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, I'm glad that Marvel Studios seem to be holding so much back. One of the main problems with the promotion for both Thor and Captain America: The First Avenger was that you could practically piece the entire movie together after watching the various trailers and TV spots! Regardless, here's your chance to share your thoughts on the latest trailer for Joss Whedon's superhero ensemble.

I never thought in a million yrs that Hollywood would make an Iron-Man film until I was actually in the theater in 2008! I almost cried when Thor walked in the throne room and raised Mjolnir in the air! NEVER in my wildest dreams did I expect ever to see a live motion picture of Thor! Yet there he was,moving & talking! Then came Captain America, they pulled that off superbly! The Hulk was a given since he's popular. But now this...MAN...this is beyond belief!! Hell, when the X-Men came out, I yarned! DC.....the ball is in your court now! What are you going to do about it?! Coz Marvel's got Captain America ,Iron-Man, Thor & The Hulk in the SAME movie together!!!! You better start thinking! YOU BETTER START THINKING!!

TDKR was a good trailer but at this point they would need to show us Bane breaking Batman's back to overtake the awesomeness of the Avengers trailer. Add to the fact that the Avengers trailer is the tip of the iceberg- we haven't seen nothing yet!

I decided I want to have as much of the theater experience as possible be stuff I haven’t already seen. May 4th is not soon enough.

This is Comic.Book.Movie.com, and this film is unquestionably one of the most anticipated CBM's of all time.
