I like Cap's helmet on the second cover art.

Why does the Hulk need body armor? It's like giving Superman a gun. It's unnecessary.

Couple things. First, awesome. Looks great. Secondly, why in the world does Hulk need armor? I'm ok with just purple stretchy pants. Also, I got the nervous feeling that the guy with the brain surgery is Scott. Like they are trying to cut out the phoenix from him. Oh man, how horrible would that be. Leader of the Xmen your whole life, try to save the world and you get lobotomized. Seems interesting though. I'll pick it up.

According to Waid, there is a legit reason why he has the armor on. He said they wouldn't just give it to him for the hell of it.

Despite the teams lack of racial diversity and Mutant heavy roster, I still want to give the book a chance. Art looks good enough, and it just so happens to be the premier book.

I'm confused... it's like they haven't decide which Cap costume they are gonna use..

I hate hulk and iron mans new looks. hulk does not need fuggin armour. and iron man does not look the same with black. it looks kinda wrong.

Regardless how you feel, he tried to save the world. I mean, that was his intention and it got interuppted. He has worked his whole life to save the world and protect his people. Even when his mentor betrayed him, his right hand man Logan turned on him and even the Avengers turned on him he tried to save the world. I appreciate you saying that they might be trying to save him, really. It's the "even though he doesn't deserve it" part is just WAY OFF.

Actually Namor went off on his own accord to destroy Wakanda...Scott did not tell him to go. Emma turned on him. Kissed Namor and told him to about Wakanda. So...I agree he is acting different yes but things have changed. He has always been moving in small steps and recently, just trying to keep his people alive. He was gifted with great power and you can tell he has thought alot about what he would do with it because right away he went into action.
Scott in AvsX is not a different Scott. Its a Scott reacting to the world around him. That being said, he has done alot, alot alot in the past to try to save the world. No way the xmen would allow him to be labotomized. All the Xmen wanted to fight to the death to save Jean even though she killed Billions. Make sense? But again, they could be trying to save him.

You can't blame Scott for Namor. Scott didn't choose him to have the phoenix force and Namor is a loose canon. From you're pic it's obvious Scott doesn't want to be a Ruler, he want to be a savior

Correct me if i'm wrong but wasn't he trying to make a sustainable world? a world where everyone was free? Even the pic you posted shows he doesn't want to be a ruler, he only wanted people to be free and equal. So people can be the way they want to. I mean, that's how you would REALLY save the world. Make the world sustainable. but i mean, that's what super heroes are suppose to do right?

I see your point I do. This isn't so much about Cyclops though.I thinking, does saving the world mean "just" kicking the bad guys ass when they attack? Take all the bad guys away and the world seems like it still needs to be saved...from us and what we've made the world. We need to be sustainable as a planet. No more hunger, poverty, people without education and the war over oil and in the MU, no more prejudice against mutants. That's what the world needs even if there were no Super Villian threats. He took a shot and it and i think it might have worked if Avengers, instead of being afraid, help guide the effort. We need a to change and we all know that. That's why we have peace rallies, humanitarian efforts, the 'the green ' movement. If he tried to be God then ok stop him. Until then, band together and try to save the damn world

I heard of many on here stating that Marvel's art was pretty bad, especially next to DC's... Now that I see this I know what they mean.

Why are Dc fans scared? Please explain. When marvel now come out will they stop making dc books? If they out sell dc comics like they have been doing for a while will that stop people from buying? What are we dc fans so scared of? This is not the movie companies we are talking about. You brought up dc so dc must have gotten your attention with the awesome books the company has been putting out lately. Even Marvel had to come out with their not really a reboot marvel now especially with Aqua out selling the big marvel titles. Also Marvel is mainly focus on emulating the movie universe instead of the movie universe emulating the comics so they can reap the benefits from the movies which you could not blame them.
