Does anyone remember Return of the King on PS2 and XBOX? That was an incredible game.

what type of game is this? im lost. i miss the old side scrolling beat em ups. I have the double dragon arcade game in my living room, those games redone in HD would be sweet, like TMNT was done on PSN & XBOX live

@Mr Sunday: I’ve still got all of the xbox LOTR games and Return is definitely the best! I’m saving them to play through with my son in a few years.

I don't think I've ever seen a good Lotr game besides for Return of the king on PS2 and Battle for Middle-Earth 1, 2 and the expansion:
"The Lord of the Rings, The Battle for Middle-Earth II, Rise of the Witch-King"

But that's a bit long, let's call it "TLOTRTBFMEIITROTWK" from now on.

Are you guys forgetting the Third Age turn-based RPG? It was solid and one of my favorite LOTR games.

Also, I know they are using the movies as reference, but why do they continue to make Legolas blonde? As a fan of the books it drives me insane.

Definitely interesting. Looks like a LOTR version of DOTA or HON. Sick
