COMICS: First Look At A+X #1; Cable/Captain America And Hulk/Wolverine Team-Up's

Now that the Avengers and X-Men are best pals, we're getting a new team-up title in the form of A+X! Hit the jump for a look at the first issue which features team-up's between Cable and a WWII era Captain America, as well as the present and future versions of Hulk and Wolverine!

I can't tell if the art is good or not, the figures look good but the faces look like they're stuck in a vice.

We got Xmen coming from the past and we have Avengers coming from the future and a whole lotta heroes fighting heroes. Hmmmm...pass. I need a break from the hypocrite Wolverine anyway.

Marvel should bring out a line of toiletries and use Hulk as the main advertising character.

3 Avengers and a Liefeld creation. I like Slott, but that dialogue sucks. As for Loeb, this is his usual work - big loud and dumb, like a kid smashing his action figures together. Not interested.

That's not current Cable. Current cable woke up sometime during AvX and went into hiding. He showed up in NOW point one with no TechOrganic-Virus. He not has a gimp leg and arm where the TO used to be. He went to Forge to have something built to replace it. The Cable above is either from a different time line or the new Cable after hooking up with forge but I doubt it.

its great cable has been healed from the tech organic virus thanks to hope,cable was one bad ass powerful mutant & i hope we see that kind of power again.

i remember a cable & deadpool comic where cable took on the silver surfer.

Yeah he was also able to read every mind on the planet simultaneously. Without having to focus on keeping back the TO virus he should technically be omega-level again, but I seriously doubt Marvel will do that. They like to screw over the Summers' clan. They will probably "Nate Grey" him...

That C&DP was bad ass. He broke the sufers board. Marvel will definitely nerf cable, like they did nate. They cant have omegas around it might make the avengers mad. You know because they are the only ones that can have gods and hulks running around smashing stuff. If you are an omega level mutant and show it you will be nerfed or killed multiple times.

Thats the funny thing about cable, its probably not the current cable. It could be cable from the past, or cable from the future, or cable from a different time line.

yeah your probably right,future franklin richards is very powerful as well.i was reading an issue of the fantastic four of the hickman run & the celestials said franklin was above omega level.

i like the avengers but they've ruined the x-men because of the outcome of avengers vs x-men storyline.

i f*ckin love the x-men they were the reason i got into comics in the first place.

Me too. I was always an xfan first. I know its hard to write overpowered characters, but marvel some how depowers or kill all super powerful mutants who actually use their powers. Avengers on the other hand can have carol, thor, and hulk on the same team.

Nobody does The Hulk better than Dale Keown, Jim Lee does the best Wolverine for me with Marc Silvestri! You can tell what comicbook era I grew up in.
