i just hope issue 700 doesnt piss me off as much as dan slott keeps hinting it will, if it does i will never pick up another marvel coimic again

Morbius is good but don't thinking can take a whole series of him. Feeling sorry for himself that he Looks like a monster then go kill some people,get his ass handed to him and then see him do it all over again.

Can anybody tell me what the whole ".1" thing is all about? Issue 699.1? WTF??? It's getting annoying...

On a different subject, I think Morbius is cool, and am excited to pick up his new ongoing title. @GLprime has his character figured out, and it annoys me, but I'm hopeful that the whole Marvel NOW can make the character better. I like a lot of what they've done so far.

@PeterDarker....That's funny. I actually came up with almost the exact same theory when an article was posted with the cover to Superior #2. (The one with Spider-Man smooching Mary Jane.) The major difference was that my theory was developed before it was revealed that Doc Ock had switched minds with Pete, so the whole coma thing wasn't part of my vision. What is particularly amusing about that is that I also offered myself up to write for Marvel. Great minds, right?

Morbius on screen would be an excellent way to allow Marvel to bring Blade back to the big screen. I am sure they could throw Sony a couple dollars to allow Blade to appear in a Spidey movie centered on Morbius as the baddie.
