I like Frank Cho, but hate most anything associated with the Savage Land.
JordanKing - 12/22/2012, 8:22 AM
The guy should stick to his art.
OrsonRandall - 12/22/2012, 8:24 AM
I cant see Wolverine saying or thinking the word cripes.
Shamo - 12/22/2012, 9:02 AM
cripes? horrible writing.
jimpinto24 - 12/22/2012, 9:03 AM
Really cool artwork.
KeefNCookies - 12/22/2012, 9:15 AM
Why would Marvel post a preview of the last pages..? What the eff -.- With that said, love this man's artwork. The writing leaves a lot to be desired though :\ I feel like so often, writers simply write what they know, but that's not the voice of the character. No buy.

I miss the old spiky Wolvie boots.. Hmmmm interesting anyone remember the last time there were shield agents in the savage land? It was New Avengers after the breakout when they tracked down Sauron to the savage land.
elessarundomiel2382 - 12/22/2012, 9:30 AM
I don't understand why Wolvie wears gloves.....authorities cant track down his fingerprints as he wouldnt have any historical background. And wouldnt it get soaked in blood everytime his claws come out. Something the movies were inconsistent off......In flashbacks his hands would bleed (X2 and Origins) but other times it wouldnt. So which is it?
DioFoRio - 12/22/2012, 9:33 AM
Frank Cho is soooo damn good. Wolvie in the Savage land is fitting. Kazaar anyone?
DioFoRio - 12/22/2012, 9:34 AM
@elessarun...it bleeds when it's effective for story points or drama. He controls it for story purposes.
AshleyWilliams - 12/22/2012, 9:58 AM
That art is beautiful.
Folchibas - 12/22/2012, 10:04 AM
The Savage Land is retarded.
sameoldthing - 12/22/2012, 10:44 AM
Great art from Cho..as usual.

Wolvie needs a costume redesign..this one is getting old.

Keep mask style but go to brown or black colors & spiky knee high boots.
mctrinket - 12/22/2012, 11:00 AM
Just once I'd like to see what folks like Wolverine and Cap keep in all those little pouches on their belts--I mean, at least Batman uses stuff in there!
mctrinket - 12/22/2012, 11:01 AM
Always preferred the brown Wolverine uniform myself. How can he be all ninja-stealthy rocking a bright yellow leotard?
MutantEquality - 12/22/2012, 11:19 AM
"and Shanna the She-Devil his only ally"

$5 says the She-Devil is responsible.
Temple - 12/22/2012, 11:49 AM
I'm liking cho's wolvie right now instead of the other one so far, but will see.
drewXdeficit - 12/22/2012, 11:50 AM
the 'cripes' line was totally out of character, but everything else in this short preview is pretty spot-on. the way the pages are presented reminds me a lot of Dark Knight Returns. i haven't read a Wolverine title in a while, but i just might pick this up.
Sora - 12/22/2012, 12:18 PM
Art is amazing
And looks like wolverine got taller again...
astromerc - 12/22/2012, 12:58 PM
Looks like Agent Coulson.
HeadPool420 - 12/22/2012, 2:04 PM
Haha Wolverine said "Cripes"!!! Next he will be saying "Okaydokay" and "That's super"! I love that Marvel is hiring children to write their books.
TheAbomination - 12/22/2012, 3:15 PM
That SHIELD agent better not be Coulson.
jimoakley666 - 12/22/2012, 4:54 PM
Cracking artwork from Cho as always.
jimoakley666 - 12/22/2012, 4:58 PM
@hope420 Shamo & drewXdeficit - Back in the day (80's) Wolverine used to say "cripes" all the time. Under Claremon't's writing, it was almost a catchphrase.

You newbies should read more back issues.
Kalel219 - 12/22/2012, 5:25 PM
So the first word is "Cripes" and already some of you are all "WOLVERINE WOULDN"T SAY THAT!"

God, comic fans really are just...*sigh*
JDUKE25 - 12/22/2012, 6:35 PM
The art is excellent
SCURVYDOG619 - 12/23/2012, 12:43 AM
Wolverine saying "cripes!" is a nod to Claremont's run.

As is "flamin'."

Which was liberally used throughout Claremont witing the character as a substitute for the F-word.(Comics Code mandated..remember THOSE days?)
