Deadline reports that Warner Bros. have finally found a director for the big screen adaptation of Spy Hunter. Ruben Fleischer, who recently helmed Gangster Squad, will take on the video adaptation for the studio working on a script from Carter Blanchard. OK so a WB version of James Bond...hmmm focus on your super hero properties they'll probably make more $$$ if done right. I have absolutely no interest in watching a spy hunter movie I'd rather see a live action space ace or dragons lair.

I feel like if they wanted Dwayne to play his part from the video game he would be down. He obviously doesn't turn down many roles.

I remember when John Woo was going to direct and The Rock was going to star.

If they do this right, it could cool.

@fettastic That was actually a movie tie-in game, but the movie ended up being cancelled. I rented it. It was alright.

@SaxoWolf, for some reason, the guy on the right side of the poster you got looks like Arnold Schwarzenegger while the left dude looks like a beefed up Robert Patrick.
