To answer thos who question... Yes, this book is great. It doesn't come off weird and Zola didn't Doc Ock Cap either. As a huge hater on the Stupider Superior story lines from Slott, I can assure you this is a great book and isn't anything like Stupider Superior.

So Cap will be 50 years old from now on?
ATrueHero1987 - 3/15/2013, 9:31 AM
@superotherside I admit, it started off good but know it's starting to pick up. How this ends determines whether I renew or drop it.

I tried this book out just because it was a new book, but I'm honestly really enjoying it, art and all.

Looks like he's fighting Big Barda

Not picking up this line anymore. The story is decent at best but the artwork is absolutely horrendous. Not worth my time or money. Marvel NOW! = Marvel FAIL!

Ian looks rather a lot like hitgirl. Wonder if they're related...

Is this the real Rogers or is this Barnes

sorry superior spider-man is better than captain america,i can't believe this is from the guy the brought us the brilliant uncanny x-force.

i'm only reading this book because a friend lends me his copy each month,i'll definitely won't be buying the trade paperback.

uncanny avengers is the only book worth picking up from rick remmender.

I love how it's rarely ever discussion here.

"this book sucks! the art sucks! the story is crap!"

"this book is awesome! you suck!"

but it's a story and art, it couldn't really be an any more subjective topic.
superotherside - 3/15/2013, 11:25 AM
Marvel87 I think it's great especially the flashbacks.

I like this series but I'm really hoping for JRJR to be replaced soon.

The 2nd cover is awesome..... and that's it! The artwork [frick]ing sucks!!!
M3T4LL0 - 3/15/2013, 1:30 PM
And if you wanna say "let me see you do a better job" I'm sure I could. I did graduate with an associates in Fine Arts so I'm sure I'd pull it off.

I love Cap, one of my top favorite heroes, which makes it even worse that the art and writing sucks so bad in this series, one of the worst series ever.
FlashhGordon27 - 3/15/2013, 2:18 PM
I hate JrJr's art... like... with a passion... but I am loving this series and really not fussed about the art anymore
OxnardMontalvo - 3/15/2013, 7:19 PM
Major fail on all counts.
Durango95 - 3/15/2013, 11:46 PM
Cap has been trapped in what for how long? I dont get it...somebody fill me in.
AlanWarlock - 3/16/2013, 8:14 AM
They're going to have to pull a major "deus ex machina" to resolve all of the "fail" in this storyline, at least to eliminate the decade or so that Cap has supposedly spent in this alternate dimension.
niknik - 3/17/2013, 10:29 PM
This is all soooooo far from what Captain America has always been about it's rediculous. Whats next? Cap in space? Cap in the microverse? One lousy writer comes along and undoes years of character establishment. No thanks.

and yes, JRJR's artwork is flat out ugly now.
