So is the idea for this series like a team-up with Wolvie and a female character? I've only read issue #1.

Wolverine becomes "The Hunchback of the Great White North." Actually, I think it looks pretty good.

@Khan it's not the whole universe it's mostly Wolverine...the only good title with his name is Wolvering and the Xmen.

But this looks pretty bad. Is that supposed to be Elektra? Because she sucks too haha. Wolvering looks like a hunchback in this picture.

Looks like it could be epic. I'm a long time Joe Mad fan, so hopefully this won't be a crapfest like The Ultimates 3.

Intruder - You have no idea what your talking about. Joe Mad has one of the most EPIC styles in comic history. All comic artist exaggerate the anatomy on the men and women. The arms and claws are badass.

Joe Mad was a great artist for Uncanny X-Men. Only three have been good for that series--John Byrne,John Romita Jr (w/P Craig Russell and Dan Green on ink in the 80s) and Chris Bachalo. Jim Lee was good too but he fell off after issue 277.

awesome :D love Joe Madureira for me only two artists can draw which will make me disregard the story of a comic that is Joe Madureira & Jim Lee,give me a comic with any story any day still i would love it because their art is pure awesome :D

Doesn't Elektra know that's obviously just a shaven pigmy gorilla cosplaying as wolverine?

I am liking Cho's current Savage Wolverine arc. I think it's the best title with his name on it right now. Don't know about this new story though. Once Cho is done with his story I might go looking for something else to read.

Although it's highly stylised (bit manga-ry innit!) I think that's a great Wolverine image. Seeing as one of the main important character traits in him is meant to be an internal war between man and animal, he's clearly feeling a bit beasty having murdered a feckload of ninja...

And @Intruder, the Trapezoid is a small bone at the base of your thumb (Guess who's got an exam coming up..!).

Mauro Cascioli is a great artist, he's like Alex Ross, only consistently working (lol).
