Two years after the devastating effects of “The Reichenbach Fall,” Dr John Watson has got on with his life. New horizons, romance and a comforting domestic future beckon. But, with London under threat of a huge terrorist attack, Sherlock Holmes is about to rise from the grave with all the theatricality that comes so naturally to him. It’s what his best friend wanted more than anything, but for John Watson it might well be a case of ‘be careful what you wish for’! If Sherlock thinks everything will be just as he left it though, he’s in for a very big surprise...

I like this show, but some of the johnlock shippers scare the crap out of me....

Yeah, ala the classic story The Empty House.

Also, Martin Freeman looks surprisingly good with the 'stache. Very proper milit'ry.

Who's that guy with Molly? He's not good enough for her. Probably another criminal genius. She's probably wracked with guilt over helping Sherlock fake his death.

Is it going to be on PBS the normal channel or like a different channel of PBS? What I mean by this to make or sense for example, there is FX and now there is also FXX. Same company but two different channels. So that's what I'd like to know, if the Masterpiece Theater on PBS is a separate channel for PBS. Any help would be appreciated.

PBS has affiliate channels in major cities around the US, and their programming schedules vary. For example, my New York PBS affiliate (WNET 13) might run Masterpiece Theatre at 9 PM but your local PBS channel might air it at a different time, or even a different day. So check your local listings, as they say.

And if you get BBC America, you can see it even sooner. Fancy bastards.
