When the powerful Darkseid and his massive, relentless forces invade Earth, a group of previously unaligned super heroes – misunderstood and, in some cases, hunted by the authorities – discover the only way to fend off the attack will be to work together as a cohesive unit. Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, Flash, Shazam and, in his origin story, Cyborg combine their respective talents in an all-out battle to save the planet. Based on the 2012 graphic novel, “Justice League: Origin,” by Geoff Johns & Jim Lee, JUSTICE LEAGUE: WAR provides a glance into the world before the Justice League was created, and offers the initial animated incarnation of DC Entertainment’s “The New 52.”

Produced by Warner Bros. Animation and DC Entertainment, Justice League: War features the voices of Jason O’Mara (Vegas, Terra Nova), Christopher Gorham (Covert Affairs), Justin Kirk (Weeds), Alan Tudyk (Suburgatory, Serenity, Firefly), Michelle Monaghan (Mission: Impossible III), Shemar Moore (Criminal Minds), Sean Astin (LOTR films), Bruce Thomas (Army of Darkness) and Steve Blum (Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox). Producer is James Tucker and director is Jay Oliva from a script by Heath Corson.

Me like this !!
Realgarcia - 12/31/2013, 3:26 AM
Dc hasn't made a bad animated flick in a couple of years
batcheeks8 - 12/31/2013, 3:34 AM
I love Wondy's look in this
QuestiontheAnswer - 12/31/2013, 3:47 AM
The animation looks spectacular. Best CBM of 2014 probably.
JediPhilosopher - 12/31/2013, 4:16 AM
I've been pretty impressed with the DC animated movies for the most part. This looks like another good one.
SuperCat - 12/31/2013, 4:30 AM
@ Monk

Was going to say the same thing. Aquaman!
QuestiontheAnswer - 12/31/2013, 4:37 AM
Aquaman solo animated movie bitches.
KryptoKNIGHT - 12/31/2013, 4:43 AM
Is everyone else slowly realizing they don't really care about DCs animated U anymore like I am? I miss the days when they made animated features I wanted to watch. I'm very blah about this. They need to fully animate a frame for frame version of WATCHMEN with a sweet voice cast. Or Batman's THE LONG HALLOWEEN. I'd murder to see those 2 done some animated justice.
unknownfacts - 12/31/2013, 5:11 AM
Looking forward to this plus the Aquaman solo film.
BackwardGalaxy - 12/31/2013, 5:15 AM
After the abomination that was Superman: Unbound and the up and down Flashpoint adaptation, DC Animated needs a good one to rebound.
KryptoKNIGHT - 12/31/2013, 5:23 AM
The Killing Joke would be amazing! But don't see the direct to Blu-ray release selling well unless they strip it down. That's a pretty brutal story. But I'd fan-gasim for it! Lol
126thst - 12/31/2013, 5:24 AM
Wonder Woman vs. Thanos.
KryptoKNIGHT - 12/31/2013, 5:25 AM
I think a proper adaptation of Death of Superman would be amazing. That garbage SUPERMAN:DOOMSDAY was shite.
Triptheorist - 12/31/2013, 5:29 AM
Stop trying to push Cyborg on me, and bring back the Martian.
ALmazing - 12/31/2013, 5:46 AM
I really hopes it deviates a little from Origins, I didn't really like how Superman was so pompous and the who's got the biggest ego conflict was dumb, I expect that from x-men and avengers, but not from a Justice League.
TheRealistStarLord - 12/31/2013, 5:49 AM
Wonder Woman gonna shake her booty for Darkseid.
DrunkenNukem - 12/31/2013, 5:59 AM
what about an animated movie of the hawkman...silve age...
gambgel - 12/31/2013, 6:07 AM
I find curious/weird how Wonder Woman look keeps getting blander and blander with each animated movie.

Where is the iconic magestic look she is known for in the comics?
pillsLA - 12/31/2013, 6:37 AM
@ Triptheorist you are 100% correct. Why do they continue to shove Cyborg down our throats. Obviously DC has known about Zack's plan and are trying to influence the audiance by throwin in Cyborg every chance they get. Martian is such a great character.

To me he's Batman's equal...(oh snap...i hope i didn't anything).
Wildaniel - 12/31/2013, 6:47 AM
Batman: The Killing Joke should be DCs next movie! Or Batman: The Long Halloween! And they should do Scott Snyder's Court Of Owls!

Any solo Batman movie will be great, lol.
113 - 12/31/2013, 6:48 AM
Wonder Woman is going to kick some ass.
DC4everLantern - 12/31/2013, 7:07 AM
Great look for ww. But i prefer the new 52 look.
GinjaNinja - 12/31/2013, 7:10 AM
Does marvel even care about their animated stuff? Or do they make it for the sake of making it?

Same with video games.
ManDeth - 12/31/2013, 7:12 AM
Do you realize 'Flashpoint' was the best CBM last year???
It definitely was!!
JoeMomma29 - 12/31/2013, 7:35 AM
@ MAC

Is there anything from DC you do not bitch about? Dang at this point DC/WB needs to put you in charge.

Anyways I am excited for this movie, at least DC has game in the animation, comics, and Television dept. Sad thought that we have to go a whole year without a live action movie.
bruceerag - 12/31/2013, 8:08 AM
Why is Green Lantern wearing the ring on his left hand?
No0ne - 12/31/2013, 8:34 AM
Warner tries to destroy Wonder Woman?
Look how awful this uniform, who was the idiot who approved that?
I'm glad that Paul Dini and Bruce Tim abandoned the Titanic.
AquamanIsTheBest - 12/31/2013, 8:58 AM
Shazam fans "Aquaman fans chill out! He's getting his own solo movie! It's cool!"

Me "Yeah, and in the 2-3 years we're waiting for that you can enjoy this, flashpoint, the freaking Shazam/Superman MOVIE and any other movie he's in...we can just watch flashpoint and those five seconds of crisis on two earths...yeah solo f@$#ing movie...just the new we wanted to hear...enjoy your newfound spot as a founder you...god knows that Martian Manhunter and Aquaman apparently didn't need it..."
DrunkenNukem - 12/31/2013, 9:55 AM
if the justice league has superman and martian manhunter...what the frick is shazam doing ...it makes more sense having aquaman
mrjones - 12/31/2013, 10:49 AM
@dukenukem in the preview, all of the members who can fly(that's pretty much everybody but Flash) are flying towards something. just face it bro, Aquaman is useless on ground.
SnapperCarr - 12/31/2013, 11:33 AM
@No0ne Timm isn't the greatest either. Huge Bat-fan and it could be seen throughout the entire DCAU, especially at the expense of other characters.
RetroFit - 12/31/2013, 1:59 PM
Hey wow. Look at the skinny and fine-featured Wonder Woman that looks just like that future Oscar winner Gal Gadot. Art imitating life or the other way around?

And yes, I was being sarcastic. She's one of the worst actresses around and looks NOTHING like Wonder Woman.
BlackBat5034 - 12/31/2013, 2:23 PM
Can't wait!!!
riseofloganX36 - 12/31/2013, 9:14 PM

AngryOzGeek - 12/31/2013, 9:27 PM
Wonder Woman doesn't even look like Wonder Woman anymore..

But it is a DC animated film - it's probably gonna be brilliant anyways.
cbcurry - 1/23/2014, 5:58 AM
Not sure if this has been posted yet but you can buy WAR from itunes today! I downloaded it this morning. Cost 14.99.
