Everyone knows the legend of Hercules and his twelve labors. Our story begins after the labors, and after the legend. Haunted by a sin from his past, Hercules has become a mercenary. Along with five faithful companions, he travels ancient Greece selling his services for gold and using his legendary reputation to intimidate enemies. But when the benevolent ruler of Thrace and his daughter seek Hercules’ help to defeat a savage and terrifying warlord, Hercules finds that in order for good to triumph and justice to prevail… he must again become the hero he once was… he must embrace his own myth… he must be Hercules.

TheDarkKnightSlap - 3/25/2014, 9:29 AM
Lion Boner in these pants.
Bark4Soul - 3/25/2014, 9:30 AM
Hahaha, waits for this Ratner film to bomb as well. I love the Rock but this will be his first movie that bombs
giannis - 3/25/2014, 9:30 AM
This movie looks better than the other about the Roman demigod Hercules. However, Dwayne Johnson as Hercules is a miscast.
LordBritish - 3/25/2014, 9:32 AM
I was hoping to watch him land The People's Elbow as he jumped off the tree onto the gigantic wild boar. But The People's Spiked Club will have to do.
micvalpro - 3/25/2014, 9:32 AM
Corny. Looks like the new scorpion king.
Super12 - 3/25/2014, 9:33 AM
Oh snap. That just happened.
Shamo - 3/25/2014, 9:33 AM
Hell yeah... In the great one we trust.
Humperdink - 3/25/2014, 9:33 AM
Looks like Ratner is tapping into that Inception trailer formula but he went a bit overboard with the horn. He played it over lion roar and Hercules' scream at the end.

This is the scorpion king everyone wanted, until they exerience all of the fart jokes in this movie.
NextHero08 - 3/25/2014, 9:34 AM
Looks like a mix between Scorpion King and Percy Jackson....not a good thing btw
Ramiel - 3/25/2014, 9:34 AM
Looks good, but Ratner's directing it so it's going to suck.
AlphaMasterFlex - 3/25/2014, 9:34 AM
Looks better than I thought hopefully it turns out to be rated R.
Humperdink - 3/25/2014, 9:34 AM
@Batz

Good catch.
You're right.

Unless that lion shrunk.
bagadoosh - 3/25/2014, 9:36 AM

hierarchy - 3/25/2014, 9:37 AM
I'm thinking the huge lion is a legend as well as the other creatures but the truth is he killed the one he was wearing. Sorta like a the truth behind the legend line.
GodzillaKart - 3/25/2014, 9:37 AM
Looks like good fun.
Humperdink - 3/25/2014, 9:37 AM
@TheDarkKnightSlap

Come on man...
TheClemster - 3/25/2014, 9:37 AM
batz11 - 3/25/2014, 9:38 AM
Ok, it's not that bad, closer than I thought...but still looks enormous (that's what she said) compared to the next shot of the lion on his head...
BatManiac - 3/25/2014, 9:39 AM
Looks pretty cool.
Starfox - 3/25/2014, 9:41 AM
@TheDarkKnightSlap

I take it you haven't met Galactus yet huh?

LMAO!
TheClemster - 3/25/2014, 9:42 AM
BWAHAHAHA Found this one it is hilarious

Arrow96 - 3/25/2014, 9:42 AM
The "I am Hercules!" part really sounds off to me.
Doopie - 3/25/2014, 9:42 AM
i think hierarchy might be right about the legendary status of his feats in regards to the size of the lion. kind how beowulf was with the sea creatures. then again i'm not sure ratner has that much depth
thedemonknight - 3/25/2014, 9:43 AM
Am confused. The description says the story starts after his 12 labors but all I saw in the trailer are clips of him doing the labors. Can somebody explain why they say the story's after the labors and show specifically the labors !?
