SUIT UP - Arsenal (Colton Haynes) and Diggle (David Ramsey) confront Laurel (Katie Cassidy) about trying to step into her sister's shoes and warn her to stop before she gets herself killed. However, when Brick (guest star Vinnie Jones) kidnaps the city's Aldermen and threatens to kill them all unless the police evacuate The Glades, it's all suits on deck. Meanwhile, Ray (Brandon Routh) steps in to help Lance (Paul Blackthorne) and the police force fight Brick, showing Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) a new side of her boss. Malcom (John Barrowman) tells Thea (Willa Holland) that Ra's al Ghul (Matt Nable) is after him and his family and they must leave town immediately. Nick Copus directed the episode written by Wendy Mericle & Ben Sokolowski (#311).

In the aftermath of this victory, Season 3 opens with Arrow now a hero to the citizens of Starling. Crime is down, people feel safer, and Captain Lance even calls off the Anti-Vigilante Task Force. Basking in his success, Oliver believes he can finally have a private life and asks Felicity out on a date. But the second Oliver takes his eye off the ball, a deadly villain reappears in Starling, forcing Oliver to realize that he can never be Oliver Queen — not as long as the city needs The Arrow.

Arrow features:
Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen/Arrow
Emily Bett Rickards as Felicity Smoak
David Ramsey as John Diggle
Willa Holland as Thea Queen
Katie Cassidy as Laurel Lance
Colton Haynes as Roy Harper/Arsenal
Paul Blackthorne as Captain Quentin Lance
John Barrowman as Malcolm Merlyn/Dark Archer
Manu Bennett as Slade Wilson/Deathstroke
Brandon Routh as Ray Palmer/Atom
Karl Yune as Maseo Yamashiro/Sarab
Rila Fukushima as Tatsu Yamashiro/Katana

Matt Nable as Ra's al Ghul

Does this also mean that Ras knows that Thea is Merlyn's daughter? He wouldnt send that DJ to watch over her if he didnt...

It would be cool if he was Jericho. Especially with Slade coming back. If he were Jericho, I wonder which direction they would go with him (good or bad).

The DJ kid still sucks, but he seems to have an actual role in the story. So yay!

He's only been in one episode...how can he suck...

Anyway, still hope he's Joe Wilson.

The DJ had to be someone significant, there is no way he would have had such a stupid first role if his character wasnt going somewhere

@Himura

I would think so since Oliver explicitly told Nyssa that Thea was Malcolm's daughter in episode 4 and the DJ kid, Chase, didn't appear until episode 7
