Cool TV Ad for Hasbro's THE AVENGERS Roleplay Toys

Targeting fanboys anticipating Marvel's The Avengers flick, Hasbro has officially released a thirty-second television ad promoting their role-playing toys for the movie's "big four."

Among toy makers producing lineups in anticipation for Marvel Studios' "best outing yet," The Avengers, Hasbro has taken the next step showcasing toys from annual conventions now to television ads. Specifically showcasing their role-playing toys for the movie's 'Big Four,' Iron Man, Hulk, Cap and Thor, watch the commercial below!





Marvel Studios presents in association with Paramount Pictures “Marvel’s The Avengers”--the super hero team up of a lifetime, featuring iconic Marvel super heroes Iron Man, the Incredible Hulk, Thor, Captain America, Hawkeye and Black Widow. When an unexpected enemy emerges that threatens global safety and security, Nick Fury, Director of the international peacekeeping agency known as S.H.I.E.L.D., finds himself in need of a team to pull the world back from the brink of disaster. Spanning the globe, a daring recruitment effort begins.

Starring Robert Downey, Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner and Samuel L. Jackson, & directed by Joss Whedon from a screenplay by Joss Whedon, “Marvel’s The Avengers” is based on the ever-popular Marvel comic book series “The Avengers,” first published in 1963 and a comics institution ever since. Prepare yourself for an exciting event movie, packed with action and spectacular special effects, when “Marvel’s The Avengers” assemble on May 4, 2012. The film is distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. That Rap was weak Haha but these Role Play Toys are sick. I wish there would've been cool shit like this when I was young. Call me crazy, but I'll still buy em anyways, just for the sake of collecting cool shit. I mean, when is there gonna be another "1st EVER" AVENGERS MOVIE? Plus, there's people on youtube who take role play toy stuff & turn it into cool collecting tyoe stuff. I saw once someone took an Iron Man 2 Clip-On Arc Reactor, took off the sound, Chromed it out w/ better detailed red & silver, & added extra LED Lights to make it look like a prop replica....Sooooo Yea,

You guys gotta understand. Having kids that age in the ad actually make the toys more appealing to the younger kids it is actually directed towards, who will be begging mommy for them. It's a diobolical marketing ploy.
